Will not assist Veterans with hearing test results to assist with disability.- Update to responseSpecifically requested a hearing test and the results that would be paid for. They notified me that this can't be done as I was going to take the results to the VA. I didn't specify if they needed to be affiliated with the VA. This test was for my personal proof to bring to the VA. I feel they didn't listen to what I was stating and responded in a blanket statement.

Everyone at the Hart Hearing was courteous and professional. They used my hearing data to provide an update and retune of my aids and provided some new memories to use in the places I go to the most. Nicole also set new limits on my high-end noises so that I don't have to listen to myself chew "rocks" anymore (Doritos).

I lost my second set of hearing devices that I purchase several years ago and had no problems with Nichol who promptly ordered replacements. This was the second set that I had bought from Hart and the service from Nichole and all her associates has been outstanding.

I always get wonderful service from Nicole and her staff and they serve it with NO attitude. I totally enjoyed my experience I have had at Hart Hearing Center. All the staff and the owner are very sweet and friendly. They are easy to work with and extremely helpful. If you are looking for hearing aides are just need to be checked you can not find a better place to go.

I Have known Nicole for years both when she was working for a company and then when she struck out on her own and now has 2 Hart Hearing Center locations. Her success lies in her expertise and professionalism as well as her personal interaction with her clients. She takes the time to listen to your problems and then explain what and why you need her recommended course of treatment. I recommend Nicole and Hart Hearing Center for all hearing needs.
