I lost my second set of hearing devices that I purchase several years ago and had no problems with Nichol who promptly ordered replacements. This was the second set that I had bought from Hart and the service from Nichole and all her associates has been outstanding.

Everyone at the Hart Hearing was courteous and professional. They used my hearing data to provide an update and retune of my aids and provided some new memories to use in the places I go to the most. Nicole also set new limits on my high-end noises so that I don't have to listen to myself chew "rocks" anymore (Doritos).

The owner/operator is very professional. She is quick to make adjustments to my hearing aids as needed. During Covid, we still needed to do face-to-face follow-ups and these were done following the CDCs guidelines. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Marlene was very personal & professional. Spent ALOT of time listening to me & answering my questions.. I learned So much more at this appt about my hearing aids. Very pleasant 45 mins. Spent together.

I had to pay$25 for shipping my hearing aids to Romeo office, even though hearing aids repair was still under warranty, not very happy

I walked in off the street for a hearing aid adjustment and met Nicole. She took care of my devices and didn't charge me. Because of her and her staff, Hart Hearing Center is now my primary office for hearing.

I had a very pleasant visit. Was treated very nice. Everything was explained to me. All my questions were answered.

Put off getting tested for too long. Shouldn't have. Testing is quick and easy and Nicole is very knowledgeable and is great to work with. I had no trouble wearing mine all day from day one. Would definitely recommend Hart Hearing center in Romeo, Mi.
