Nothing against the realty company but one of its agents Carter Lozinski left a very bad impression. He helped us with a purchase of our condo and when it was time to sell it, he wanted the sale but never bothered to show up for pictures, measurements and open house. At the same time, he was also our agent for the purchase of our townhome. When we decided to drop him as our sales agent, he never once justified his absence or lack of care for the sale of our place. From that point on, he avoided any form of communication and when we needed him for the purchase of our townhome, he told our notary and the developer that he wanted nothing to do with the deal or with us. Conveniently, he would get the commission regardless. Never reached out to help us with walk-thru, key delivery, not even a congrats card in the mail. Just a bitter and unprofessional guy. I would write this review directly on his Google profile but he doesn’t have one. He obviously answers to someone in the realty group and yet NO ONE bothered to reach out to us. We were just a name on a contract, in which they did nothing to earn the commission for. I wasn’t going to write anything because in the end, everything worked out ok but I don’t think it’s right for people to act this way and go about life as if they had no impact on others. Less

The situation was stressful and emotionally tense. A friend had recommended Hani Faraj to us, and we reached out. Hani was friendly, professional, and worked with us to find a place that worked for our purposes. Partway through the process, Hani came down with an illness, and Fredrick stepped in to help us out. We were concerned at first about the prospect of switching realtors midway through our search, but Fred may well be the friendliest person I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He brought enthusiasm and calm to the entire process, which as a first time homebuyer, I can not overstate the benefit of. Every question had an answer, every disaster had a solution, and we always felt he was offering his honest opinion any time a question arose. Thank you to Hani Faraj & Frederick Trudeau + (his gf) We've previously had a poor performance Realtor that wasn't able to sell our place for like 8-9 months and we decided to take it off the market. After hearing some family friend that Hani was able to sell it quick, we decided to give him a try. He was able to do it in approx. 2 months. He was able to help us fight for the price we want. He's definitely the man that you would go to if you want your place sold for the price you want. Hani also helped us get a designer/stager (Joanna?) to tell us how to display things and also some cleaners to clean our place before the open house (although they were late and didn't do a good job). He fully paid for them and waived us the charge. Hani is honest and helpful. As for Fred, he works so hard to accommodate us because some of us speak barely any English. He doesn't discriminate and yet he tries to learn Chinese from us. And when we actually require a translator, he would bring in his girlfriend to translate. I truly appreciate that. He is always on time to pick us up to look at possible places for our future home. He is very kind, super friendly and I love his sense of humor. He would give us tips and remind us what not to say just in case we were interested in the place and not get it for the price we want. He's the best! He is the man you want who you feel would truly care for you. Oh yes, every time we tell him we want something, he would help us update things so fast.
