First met Toby at Goodwood Festival of Speed in 2019, and was impressed with the Ceramic coatings. Since then, New Look have looked after several cars with Ceramic and also PPF. Absolutely spot on with everying, no it's not cheap to have your vehicle professionally looked after, but you reap the rewards of the investment right from day one, cars easy to clean, continue to look brand new years down the line, and paint in a1 condition. PPF does exactly what it says, it protects the paint, and avoids the need to pay to get stone chips sorted. Years down the line this will then also give a better second hand value. I had an interior valeting service. My car was full of plaster dust the seats had a horrible marble stain affect where I'd tried to steam them. I brought my brand new Tesla Model Y here for the Xpel Full Car PPF package, and they didn't let me down. From the very start, they sorted an enclosed car trailer to bring my vehicle to the workshop, and from there they took great care of everything and were highly professional. They kept me informed with the progress and answered any queries helpfully. As part of aftercare they brought the vehicle back in a few weeks later for a full wash and inspection, so that any issues can be inspected and a plan made to rectify them. The workshop is also located on a secure site that is gated shut out of hours, for a little extra peace of mind. The fact that they have a passion for their craft really shines through, and I couldn't recommend these enough. Less

Toby and the team took us through the options for our nearly new BMW. We decided in the Xpel Ultimate Fusion "track pack" to protect the major impact points as well as a few other bits to protect our "dog wagon" from careless paws. Then 4 layers of ceramic pro for the rest of the paintwork, wheels and windows. We picked up the car looking better than new! You can tell NLD have an almost obsessive attention to detail which is completely reassuring to a fellow OCD type. Washing it is now a total doddle safe in the knowledge it'll remain scratch and swirl free. We'd fully recommend giving Toby and the team a call to go through any option you need, big or small.
