I have been coming to FSO for about 4-5 years, and the staff is exceptional! Cristina recently helped me find a great pair of glasses and was super sweet and helpful! I've never had any issues with this place nor the workers, HOWEVER, in my most recent visit, I was disappointed.I brought my son with me, and all was good until my eye exam with the doctor. The doctor (I don't remember his name) behaved in a way I found inappropriate for a medical setting, and it left me feeling uncomfortable and unsafe. It was especially upsetting because my son was with me. I find it completely unacceptable in a professional medical setting, especially during an examination that requires close physical proximity to a patient.I want to emphasize that my previous experiences with FSO and its staff have been nothing but positive, which is why I still gave them 4 stars, but I am extremely hesitant to return if there is a possibility of being examined by this doctor again.

We rescheduled an appointment for the eye exam because the first eye exam was not accurate and we came to the site. But the women in the front after the eye doctor help us she was very arrogant and didn’t event want to give me the new prescription I had to ask for her. Then I ask how much it was the cost and she didn’t want to do it…. She just said the price and giving that attitude of that she doesn’t want to do help us. After that she just give me the paper and waiting for me to get up from the Chair. To be honest it was the first that this happen to me in this place I haven been there for more than 5 years but yesterday 09/26/2026 it was very dissspointed.
