The service at the clinic is usually excellent, and I’ve often been helped by a lady who wears glasses and speaks Portuguese. She represents the practice—she is the face of the business—but her behavior today was appalling. It was a busy day in the parking lot; I didn't realize she was about to pull into a spot, so I parked there first. She got out of her car, banged on my window, and threatened to kill me (even making a throat-slitting gesture). If she had simply asked me to move because she was already aiming for that spot, I would have gladly done so. Instead, she even threatened to call the police. 😒😒 I know this isn't directly about the optometry services themselves, but she represents the clinic; after years of bringing my children there, having someone speak to me like that—threatening to kill me—is completely unacceptable.Just then, the police drove by; she explained the situation, and I told the officers what had happened. They told her to be more polite and respectful.I know she will read this: ma'am, please learn what kindness and respect for everyone mean. You represent your workplace, and you cannot go around making threats. 👌🏻

Extremely disappointed with the post care and product quality after spending over $1,000 here this summer. The frames are noticeably low quality, and communication has been practically non existent. Just a single notification and zero follow up, even after I shared a family emergency delayed my return and I reached out for better frame options. I'm still waiting for a simple timeline and a resolution that matches the price tag.

I had a great experience with this optical office! The staff is extremely responsive, friendly, and professional. Communication was excellent, and everyone was very patient and prepared to answer all of my questions and make sure everything was handled properly.The doctor is also very knowledgeable and made the eye exam feel smooth, thorough, and comfortable.Overall, the entire experience was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service.Also, love their frames!!
