Muriel is absolutely lovely!!!! She took the time explain every single detail from my insurance offers to different options that would be suitable for my financial situation. Not sure who I spoke with this morning but very nasty and rude. I was asking questions and all she was doing was huffing and puffing like I was bothering her. Costumer service is really bad
