My husband had his glasses done on Saturday and was told they would be ready for pickup on Wednesday. When we came in on Thursday, the lady at the front desk informed us that the lenses might not arrive until Friday and explained that this type of lens typically takes 7 to 10 days. This was never mentioned to us beforehand, and the paper we received clearly stated Wednesday as the pickup date. Now we’re being told that if the company handling the lenses ships them late, they might not arrive until Monday—despite us paying over $500 for the lenses. This experience has been frustrating and feels unprofessional. It’s unacceptable to mislead clients about timelines, especially when they’ve paid such a significant amount.
