I cannot recommend this optical store due to a disappointing experience. Initially, a woman who helped me place my contact lens order was very friendly, honest, and tried hard to convince me to buy a one-year supply by offering me a promotion. However, after I made the payment on Saturday, I realized on Monday that I had insurance coverage, so I called her to explain that my insurance could reprocess the order. She mentioned that she could only process part of the order covered by my insurance, but then told me she would not apply the discount for the one-year supply.When I returned to pick up my lenses, her attitude had completely changed. She was uninterested in assisting me, and her exact words were that she “didn’t want to go over me again” now that her sales goal had been achieved. It was very clear that after making the sale, she no longer cared about providing good customer service.
