Absolutely love our shutters and blinds! These are an investment but absolutely incredible. The motorized band shades are so darn cool. Ron, the designer, came out to our home and absolutely wowed us with his expertise (including a very discerning eye for color), his sincerity, patience to a couple who needed it, and kindness to us and to our dog LOL. Ron patiently took his time explaining our options for multiple window coverings, discussing pros and cons of each. He never aggressively pushed his suggestions, but let us make the decision. Invariably, his choices were the best ones. His ability to match colors was unbelievable.Doug, our installer, could not have been any more friendly, efficient and helpful. He patiently explained how everything worked. It was impressive how quickly he was able to install everything on his own.We are so happy with all our blinds and shades. Outstanding!!! We just had blinds installed in our sunroom. It is hard to imagine being more satisfied with the service we received.
