I asked for them to replace adjustable upper control arms and do an alignment. When I come to pick up the car, they tell me that the wheel bearing are bad and they couldn't align the vehicle well because of it. I was perplexed and why they didn't call... More
One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a shop. Please do not bring your car here for any sort of repairs that take any level of expertise. I asked for them to replace adjustable upper control arms and do an alignment. When I come to pick up the car, they tell me that the wheel bearing are bad and they couldn't align the vehicle well because of it. I was perplexed and why they didn't call me when they first discovered the wheel bearing and I would have brought them one to fix in the process. (1st red flag) Came back the next day with a wheel bearing to have it replaced. Again no call to tell me there was anything else wrong with the car or that it was done. When I come back at the end of the day, again they couldn't align the car because now the lower control arms are bad and they needed to be replaced. Again something I could have gotten in the process of the repair. So after getting charged twice and not having a well functioning vehicle, I took the car to another shop, where I discovered that Tire World, installed my upper control arms upside-down and on the wrong side, they crushed my alignment tabs, causing the alignment issues i had in the first place, and never tried to adjust my upper control arms for the alignment, I had to undo all of the work they did to reinstall everything and pay to replace the alignment cams. I went back to the shop to see if they would fix or give me back any of the money and they refused. Also fair warning when they ask you to pay zelle or cash to give you a discount and save on taxes, they do that so then you have little to no recourse to get your money back. You can file a claim with your credit card if you have issues you can't do that with cash. They are also avoiding paying sale tax to the state, which is more then likely illegal. I will be filing a claim with the BBB as well. Less

The car skates all over the road and I have to constantly turn the wheel from side to side to keep the car straight. There’s no issue with any of the steering and suspension components as I recently replaced everything. My assessment is that camber is the issue because the wheels are leaning inward pretty severely. This is the result of the camber kit, which I could tell they weren’t familiar with when I described it. Considering the extent to which the camber is off, I’m not confident they even installed the camber kit correctly. Not to mention the price was about $80 higher than a quote from another shop; I chose this place based on Google reviews. Obviously other people are happy with their work; I’m not one of them. I’ll be taking my car to Tire Kingdom today to verify the camber kit is installed correctly and get the alignment fixed. Less

Fritz is an AMAZING AND WONDERFUL mechanic GENUINELY. Everyone at this front office of this auto shop is very professional, but Fritz is the best mechanic I have ever encountered. He does not take advantage of you if you do not know much about cars I can not say enough good things about him.

Techs were helpful. Was looking to by a used tire which was advertised as perfect condition. It would up having a nail in it. Again, the teen in the office could not adjust price of tire. After install, the tech realized the tire was mislabeled and was incorrect size tire. I had to remove it and leave after wasting and hour there. Less

From the moment I got there they treated me like family, they showed me different options for my Challenger and made sure I left happy! Prices are great and staff is great. They checked my car right away, offered me a great price to fix two of my tires and align them. I was explained what was wrong with my tires and shown what was wrong. I was also suggested the best thing to do. Really grateful a place like this exists.

Had a nail in one of my tires and Pedro took care of the problem and got it fixed for me. Fast and professional service! Five stars!
I had a flat tire and called Tires World to see if I needed an appointment. They said to come right over. Pedro took good care of finding the nail hole and patched it from the inside. He also checked the rest of my tires. In and out quick and great price.

An absolutely wonderful experience! I purchased a used tire that looked almost brand new for $30. The owner sat me down in the air conditioned lobby and handed me the remote to the tv as my tire was installed. I highly recommend this place if you're ever in need of some tires at a fair price.
Very good tire shop. very fast and friendly. Didn't have new tires I needed but made me a deal on some used that will work very well. It was an emergency replacement tire. they could have soaked me for 5 times what I paid but took care of me at a better than reasonable price. Thank You

The best place to buy used tires in miami florida. The tires are like brand new and about 70% off thr regular price. I bought almost new michellin tire for $40 and it is $140 originally. They also balance and put it on with the price included.
