For the past few weeks I've been working one on one with Bryan to fine tune some of my skills. Not only does Bryan have a proper warm up prior to the intended skill, he has workup that lead to it that are appropriate and beyond what I'd know to do. Each session is carefully planned to address the target skill, all of which I've made progress on. Generalizing the skills into class, Bryan watches and reminds what was worked on in session to keep me progressing. I could not be happier with the sessions and classes at Crossfit Claddagh, the skills and strength I've gained lately is due to Bryan's coaching and carry over. Skills aren't worked on in a 1 and done fashion, but carried over to continue progress in workouts. Thanks Bryan!
