The first visit he came and figured out the problem, but didnt have the tools on hand to fix it, so he had to come back. He did not charge me for that visit though. It is now in tune after coming at the scheduled time. The online scheduler is great! Some of the keys are now sticking, but I do not think this had to do with the tuning, so I am not taking it down any stars.

Friendly service. Great job and fair price. Our piano was way out of tune, and he explained exactly what was wrong with it. Also, gave us advice on what the humidity should be in our home to keep the piano at its best.
