Having had an e-bike whose front wheel fell off twice and a battery known to catch fire, Mike and Mikey had their work cut out for them to renew my faith, but renew it they did! They patiently listened to me, asked questions, made suggestions. Test rides were created to help me understand options and features. After spending hours with me, I ended up purchasing a Velotric and absolutely LOVE it!! Safety and performance rule this bike and it is a very comfortable ride, I couldn’t be happier with my bike or the service I received. Thank you Mike and Mikey!!

Never before had I been aware of a bicycle shop in Colorado advertising itself as a Himiway dealership. I went straight to FuturE-Bikes to ask for help with an issue I had with my Himiway cruiser.First I met Mikey. I appreciated his explanation of how to evaluate the condition of my battery. Then I met the shop owner, Mike Bell. We connected over our experiences with Himiway, and he gave me an excellent tour of all the e-bikes in the showroom. The next day I took my wife back to FuturE-Bikes, and she purchased a D5 2.0 for me.If you are considering owning a Himiway product, want advice, service for your bicycle, or a test ride, recommend you visit FuturE-Bikes first!
