I’ve been going to this Bike shop since 2024-2025, they have helped fix my old E-bike since its manufacturer went bankrupt until I could afford a more reliable Freego, honestly all I can say about them is positive, they are kind patient and extremely helpful, and I’m a regularly occurring costumer, I’ll continuing going to this bike shop until either I stop using E-bikes or if something else happens and they close shop. Love this bike shop!

I couldn't be happier with my experience with FuturEbikes! Mike was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed as he helped me choose the right bike for my needs. He absolutely nailed it—I ended up with the purple Himiway D5 20", and it is hands down my favorite bike I've ever owned.I live on over 150 acres of rolling hills with rough trails, so I wanted something that could comfortably handle the terrain while helping me get around the property. The full suspension makes the bumpy trails feel surprisingly smooth, and the pedal assist makes climbing the steeper hills SO much easier! I used to be an avid mountain biker, and this immediately reminded me of the high-end full-suspension mountain bikes I used to ride. The wide 20" tires perform great in mud and rain, too.One of my favorite things is the flexibility. Between the gears, multiple levels of pedal assist, and the throttle, it really is a "choose your own adventure" bike. Some days I want a workout, other days I just want to zip around with minimal effort. Some days I just want to meander through the trees and enjoy the scenery. Other days I want to fly! Riding it has become one of my favorite things to do around here, and I find myself looking for any excuse to hop on it.I also added the front basket along with the rear passenger seat and storage bag, which makes it easy to carry tools, supplies, and even another person around the property. As a bonus, it came in my favorite color—purple—which makes me smile every time I see it. I highly recommend both FuturEbikes and the Himiway D5.

I definitely Recommend future E bikes for all your bike repairs and purchases. Very professional, & excellent Friendly service. They answered all our questions, & offer test rides. This is a great no pressure business!!
