Mikey was a great help and very personable. I bought an electric bike on amazon as a gift that's to be gifted in a few days, and the front break system was off. He fixed it right then and there. Highly recommend Mikey.

FutureBikes is THE BEST e-bike shop around. We just moved out to Colorado and decided we wanted to start investigating E bikes. We started with this shop and while we intended to shop at additional ones, after spending quite a bit of time with Mikey and Mike.... they educated us... encouraged us to try multiple bikes. Their patience was endless. We decided on two Himiways and WE LOVE THEM. My wife tipped over her bike a week later and there was an error code and a damaged brake handle. We brought it back to Mikey... who was able to troubleshoot the error code and repair the brake handle.... for a nominal charge. If you want a solid e-bike with great personalized service .... go there. You won't be disappointed! 👍😎
