They lied about price, I was quoted 75-90 to put breaks back on; well he charged 67 put the breaks on, tightened everything up because it was loose, put my kickstand back on because that fell off after I called him and bled the brakes. After looking at all the positive reviews on YouTube regarding Velotric bikes I was surprised that Future Bikes right here in Broomfield sold them. I decided to special order a Carbon Pro. Glad I did. The bike is light, quiet, and a great value. Both Mike and Mikey are very responsive and it's nice knowing if there are any problems, they're around, plus it's a big plus to support local bike shops. So far a very positive experience. Less

The store is awesome and the people that run the store are incredible mechanics and visionary people. Mike, the store owner is so awesome and Mikey the bike mechanic is amazing! We have purchased three bikes from them. We stopped by there today while riding our bikes when we heard a strange noise on the front tire on one of our bikes and Mikey tracked it down and resolved the issue quickly. Mike at Futurebikes was very helpful. I took my MAX pro to have Mike check it out because when I went to charge the battery, the charger was green which should indicate that the battery was charged but my display was blank. I thought it was the battery so I took it to Mike so he can evaluate the problem. He had it for a day and called me and he found out that a connector came unplugged. Problem solved. I ended up buying a Hiboy X300 for my son because I know where I can have it serviced. Less
