Got a flat tire on my ebike on a sat morning tried calling and scheduling where I originally got my ebike no luck... found future-bikes on line called them Mikey was helpful and was able to get me in same day wish I would have bought my ebike through these guys first time mike and Mikey where able to get my ebike fixed in a weekend these guys are very knowledgeable and honest I will for now on be doing all my future business with future-bikes thanks guys. I’ve been shopping for E Bikes for a month. Every other customer service or sales guy representative was simply just a needle dick Mike was courteous. He was to the point. He let me ride every bike in the shop until I settled on a Hemingway D Five because of the price point, the fat tires and because of him I wanted to give my business to people who are in the community who actually care I have gone back to them with flat tires, broken wheels because I have ridden this bike into the ground. I found the Staff at Future-Bikes Shop to be real helpful to help fix a shifting issue on my E-Bike, They provided me with information on what was causing my shift problem and explained what you can do to fix and solve the problem. I bought some Clark pads for my electric unicycle and I had to remove some built in pads that were sorta small fins. Mike helped me explore the options available and removing them was the route we took. Just used a knife and an electric saw. Then we attached the Velcro and then the pads and they work great! I purchased my ebike at another store before FuturE-Bike opened but I have visited the store many times for small purchases, advice, and repairs. When Mike had just opened the store, he took time away from building his new bike inventory to spend an hour on one of my problems, then refused to charge me. Last week, I had a small problem that Mikey took a look at, and in 15 minutes, he fixed that and two more problems I didn’t know I had. And this was just after a tune-up I had at the store from which I purchased my bike. It now works better and is much more comfortable to ride.Mike and Mikey are personable, competent, and from my discussions, very community-oriented. They make Broomfield better. Less

Had purchased an Addmotor CityTri 310 from FuturE-Bikes. Put about 500 miles on the bike and have had zero issues. Stopped by FuturE-Bikes to have the brakes checked out and adjusted. Mike did a thorough job checking out the brakes and making an adjustment and did not charge me. Sure am glad I decided to go with a local AddMotor authorized dealer. Great overall service!! Less
