I was in need of some significant dental work this year and went through several fillings. Care team was prepared to help and check in with me for comfort. When my bite was not quite right and I needed to revisit, the adjustments were fast and well done. I had some sensitivity that was new after and two more visits later for more adjustments I get consistent check ins to take care of my pain and the dentist was kind and thoughtful to do an additional check for any other issue. First of all, a very friendly atmosphere, you feel welcomed right as you come in, as if you're at home! Dr Hussein is great, very confident and knowledgeable! His approach made me feel secure, he took care of everything I needed, which led to my decision to do an implant there and it turned out to be the best decision! I could not be more pleasantly pleased. Long story short, a few years back I had a incident with a tooth cleaning. Well, unfortunately it had cracked a couple of my teeth, so I just was feeling a really bad pain October 15th in my tooth. I had went and got it checked out by someone. I don't know who and they just prescribed me some pain meds and antibiotic. I did that and I proceeded to go to Florida for my little sister's wedding and I couldn't miss that. When I returned back to Chicago on Monday, it was starting to kick in high gear pain, So I tried to contact the dentist who said my tooth was cracked. No answer. Left two voicemails. No call back. Found out they were not opening back up until Thursday and I was thinking well. How convenient. Very bad. Well, I held out until Thursday evening and Friday morning to start officially finding someone that could help me out and accepted my insurance and A LONG COMES, who I will call and refer to as, THE KING OF DENTISTRY, the doctor that saved SMILE, Or what I have left of it. He was so NICE and so KNOWLEDGEABLE and so CARING that I had left a voicemail but he returned my phone call and over the call. He was able to go ahead and proceed to ask me about my dental insurance and you know what my plan was and you know a few details and was able to actually proceed to get me in 2 hours later which for me was heavenly sent. When I arrived the two receptionists were AMAZING, so POLITE. So KNOWLEDGEABLE. So FRIENDLY that the minute I walked in I felt COMFORTABLE, TAKEN CARE OF, SAFE and I knew immediately I found who my new dentist for the years to come is going to be. His assistant assisted him as in taking the x-rays and you know she explained EVERY SINGLE thing in DETAIL STEP-BY-STEP, which again it made me feel so comfortable because I could hear her knowledge. I could hear she knew what was she was doing and I could also feel comfortable because without asking she would immediately just explain what was going on and for me that is the best way to make a customer a family piece of business in a LOYAL CLIENT so THANK YOU to her. SHE WAS AWESOME. That's when the OUTSTANDING dentist came in and he explained everything to me made sure my blood pressure was correct before he even began to give me the numbing shots. He would ask me if I was okay and he would explain take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. HE was just SO COMFORTING and SO REASSURING that I was in the RIGHT hands at the RIGHT TIME with the RIGHT DENTIST. And I TRULY HONESTLY THANK HIM SO MUCH. And I'M GRATEFUL I was able to pre-book an appointment because I have a lot of plans and I trust no one more than I CAN TRUST to HIM because he did a tooth extraction and to be honest the way he would explain things and make me feel comfortable and safe. I was about to switch dental offices because I did not like the female dentist that I had. In my last 2 visits, I had Dr. Roo. I suspect he's new. I really like the dental work that he had done on me. He works pretty quickly and efficiently. I really like that he is very detail oriented when I was getting my teeth cleaned and my filling redone. I looked for a dentist for three hours and finally found one that did extractions. I'm so happy to have lucked up on Secure Dental they are a state of the art facility with the best staff and Dentist I've ever had. My appointment on May 30th was for 10:30am for an abscessed tooth which caused the right side of my face to swell two sizes. I called made the appointment with their front desk representative Jackie who is just AWESOME!!!! I was seen at 10:45 and out by 11:16am. Talk about being amazed!! I love the place, the location is fine just the parking right in front of the door you have to pay otherwise find parking around the location. They accepted my insurance, however I had to pay little out of pocket which is fine. I came to get my wisdom teeth removed it was successful. I watching pretty much watching everything what they used to numb was perfect cause I didn't feel the pain much out of a 100 I will say 4 percent I felt. That was when they were using this drill It sounded like a screw driver something around there. I only bleed for two days, I felt little pain, but the medicine they recommended me help cause once I took the pill it went away quick. I recommend this place to get wisdom tooth removed. Less

The girls are all great. I've got to know them on a regular basis they put up with me and that says a lot. There always working hard phones ring off the wall and they are there to answer them. And the dentist are good making me feel like they will do what it takes to change my look. My dentures have been sent back a few times to get it right. It was my first time working with Dr. Yousefi and she was incredibly kind. I’ve had previous dentists and staff who can come off as rather unwelcoming, but Dr. Yousefi was so polite and listened to any and all questions or concerns I had, especially since we found 2 new cavities. She even walked me through the X-rays showing where the damage had changed from my previous visit and what she felt could be concerning and what wasn’t. I never felt like my procedure was rushed, and when I brought up that part of the tooth maybe felt slightly raised, she assured me that she was there to make sure that my teeth were okay to me and adjusted anything that I felt was a concern. The staff has always made me feel welcomed and does everything in their abilities to overcome obstacles for their patients.
