It was good. the only issue i had was that the office manager told me that she will give me a call the following day for the service i requested which is the Retainer to temporarily use while am getting to consider the full implants that the dentist suggested. she said she will contact their Lab and let me know if they can make one. I never receive a call back. I called 2 days after and spoked with another staff. That staff had relayed the message to the office manager who was in their other branch at the time. During my conversation with that other staff we discussed the implants, the different options. She did answer all the questions i had, so i thought about making a decision now to go with their suggestion to go with them however i was a little bit skeptical because i did not appreciate the fact they never cared to respond about my initial request of the Retainer. If it was not possible i have no problem with that it is fine but at least you have a courtecy to call me. So now i have a question weather i will go with their service nor choose another dental company

"Dr. Hope and her staff are absolutely wonderful! I was terrified to get tooth #30 extracted, but they noticed my blood pressure was up from anxiety and immediately stepped in to comfort me. They even gave me a squeezed toy to hold during the whole procedure to keep my nerves calm. Dr. Hope was so gentle and made me feel completely safe. I trust this team so much that I already booked my appointment with them this September to get my dental implants done. Thank you for the amazing care

Great experience, I actually live in WV had a dental emergency 2 years ago and found Secure Dental by a happy accident! I come to Chicago often so I now consider Secure Dental my "family dentist" The entire staff is great, but Jackie goes the extra mile at the front counter.
