I just would like to say when booking with this company I was very specific on the needs of the home. I have a four bedroom house 2 1/2 bath and a basement with the standardize living room, kitchen and dining room. Generally, when booking I always like to get my laundry done, dishes washed etc One of my bedrooms, I made into a walk-in closet I was very specific with booking.. I Was offered ad on services, such as washing the dishes, clean the refrigerator/freezer Cleaning the oven etc.. I took all the ad one’s In addition, I asked did they do laundry. The lady said they did not do laundry this was sort of a dealbreaker for me because I needed laundry done and with my schedule it be hard for me to get the job done so I was going to decline the services, The sales rep was very kind and said that she will offer me $50 off since they don’t do laundry since she made the effort extra effort to keep me as a customer. I went ahead and asked if it would be OK if I had the laundry done if they would put the clothes away and organize it in my closet, She replied yes that is something that they can do. So I went ahead and proceed with booking. I must say that the ladies did excellent job at Cleaning Darlene and Audra were amazing. They went above and beyond. I don’t think they knew what they were in for I have about four glass tables and I have a glass manual with picture frames on them and a big glass table in the dining room. The ladies did a wonderful job, my only Complaint was that they did not put the laundry away which was the reason I booked Coincidentally, but the ladies called their manager since they were on a timed schedule and she reached out to me and said that she’s going to look at possibly them coming out next week to get the job completed they don’t do work on the weekends and today is a Friday so we’ll see what happens and if they’ll make it right. Kudos to Darlene and Audra you guys are amazing, professional and represented the company very well. I’m only giving four stars because of the laundry situation but If they come back and fix the issue, I’ll give it a five star hands-down. The ladies get a five stars from me each! Less
