We were visiting from out of town when we broke down at the hotel. Josh quoted a time of 30 minutes and he arrived in 30 minutes. As he was diagnosing the problem he walked us through what he was doing and what he saw. He was so professional and courteous we asked to go to his shop for the car to be fixed. Josh quoted the car to be ready by the next evening, BUT he had it ready the same day we got it to him. We don't want to break down on vacation again, but if we do, we are calling these guys FIRST!! We were visiting San Antonio and our vehicle broke down at the hotel. We called Absolute Auto Repair and he was there in 30 minutes. After checking things out he took the time to explain what he saw, showed us specific things to look for, and we did not feel rushed or overlooked. He was so personable and professional we decided to take the car to his shop after he got it to finally start!! They quoted it would be finished by 6pm the next day but we got it back THE SAME DAY!!.
