We had significant hail damage in late May, 2024. In June, Tesla told me they couldn't come out to remove the solar panels until mid-February, 2025. On Monday, Dec 16th, I was talking to my State Farm agent and they recommended Sky Manor (and a couple others). Sky Manor was out that day for an inspection, had the solar panels off on Friday and the roof completed on Monday, Dec 23rd. They did a great job! And they prooved to State Farm that a couple of the windows also needed to be replaced. Less

Jason was very informative on our roof for what it needed and why. He used high quality and durable products on our house. There were lower grade options for a lower price but he played out or options and benefits clearly for us to make the best decision for our needs. His crew was on time and worked very hard to have our roof completely replaced in 1 day. When work was done he inspected everything and provided video and pictures to us. The experience working with Jake and the Sky Manor team couldn't have been easier. Replacing a roof is a very stressful and costly venture, especially with kids and pets and navigating the insurance world. Jake was hands on, walking us through each step, and I don't believe asked anything of us the entire process that we weren't prepared to answer or do. My biggest issues with contractors is unforeseen/unexplained costs, avoidable delays, and poor communication. I didn't have a single problem with Sky Manor in any of these areas, and in fact finished the whole process with a very positive feeling and a beautiful new roof. Less
