Best commitment to health I've had for a long time, lost circa 14kg of body fat (not weight, just fat) in under a year and feel much better, look much better. Coaches keep it interesting, running side activities to have you thinking about diet and exercise outside the gym. I keep finidng out I can do new things; chin-ups, dragonflies, 5k etc.

I can't recommend this enough. I'm retired, joined Crossfit Jorvik & now I'm fitter, stronger, slimmer and have increased my stamina & mobility no end, and I've done all this while enjoying myself & making new friends.

Great gym and very handy as it is in the centre of York, and has classes from early morning until late evening.Professional and friendly coaches who also offer support beyond just training in class if required - nutrition, lifestyle, periodic checks etcVery friendly members and great atmosphere.

CrossFit Jorvik is a fantastic place. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The coaches are amazing and whatever your age or level of fitness you are welcomed and encouraged. The workouts are well thought out and never boring. Scaled to your ability. Nutrition advice too. No fad diets. Proper solid sensible advice to keep you fit, well and strong in mind and body. Cannot recommend this place enough.
