Yesterday I had the most amazing experience picking my wedding dress. Jo made me feel incredibly comfortable and completely put me at ease when wedding dress shopping. I didn’t once feel rushed through the whole appointment. And another thing I felt was so professional, was that when I had picked my dress, Jo took my measurements. Visited today with my future daughter in law and her mum. Very friendly and helpful. Excellent process of eliminating dresses as she went along which was very useful and stopped her being overwhelmed. Later on we visited another wedding place in the area which really wasn't a patch on Love and Lace. One more place to visit next week but I think she has found the one.

Great experience. There was a great range of wedding dresses to try on. All at a reasonable price. The owner is very knowledgeable and gave advice when needed. I was super happy with Love & Lace Bridal. They didn't have a huge selection, which actually made it much easier to view the gowns without being overwhelmed by too many options. The whole place is lovely and clean and the ladies are very helpful and patient! There's a small car park on the road nearly opposite the shop which made it easy to collect my dress.

Lovely staff in the shop however, unfortunately bridesmaid dresses were of poor quality when altered. Expensive alterations on already expensive dresses. Hooks broke on 2 dresses within an hour, hems not overlocked before sewn up so therefore all frayed and came undone. Bridesmaids spent alot of the day cutting threads off the bottom of the dresses and with thread wrapped around toes. Beautiful d... More
