At first, we were excited to work with Josh and his crew… we had several estimates and his was on the higher end but we wanted quality work and decided to go with Top Coat - what a mistake. Overspray on my brand new floors, appliances and ceiling - they lost some of cabinet hardware and the solution was to take $100 off which in no way covers replacing all the hardware to make it match. Several cabinet doors were reinstalled crooked and rubbing the door beneath- I asked when he could come back to fix and to no surprise, ZERO response - also installed our backsplash crooked and had to come back and redo. Several paint runs on the cabinets doors. I never leave reviews but I have given him the opportunity to come back and correct the issues and he chose to not respond instead of make it right. I paid 30k and expected to have quality work completed - buyer beware.

This team was coming to do my spray foam. In my attic they had to remove the oldInsulation, that was in the attic before they could install the foam. This was hard work. They came in and got right to it, they are friendly, family oriented, andthey kept the bus moving. Everybody contributed on the whioe team! Great job!!!
