I went to the Beltone office in Burnsville to have my hearing aids adjusted. Our experience with them has been terrible! Hearing aids are so expensive so when they quit working right after the warranty exsires it’s sickening! My father is retired and has Medicare for insurance and only social security for income so when he brought his hearing aids back in for repair he was charged an amount almost as expensive as a new set would have been for basically a cleaning because ... My father is retired and has Medicare for insurance and only social security for income so when he brought his hearing aids back in for repair he was charged an amount almost as expensive as a new set would have been for basically a cleaning because excessive ear wax had plugged them up! My dad should’ve just bought a new pairtather than doing a repair! Well they cleaned them up real nicely for him but, shortly after getting them back they stopped working again! So he decides to bring them back in again and this time I paid for the repair but, it was no where near the cost of a new pair! Now, they have stopped working again and we are going to take him somewhere else for sure and they can keep their §850 gift card they gave him after spending nearly ten thousand dollars in that place he for that much money he should at least 1workin pair of hearing aids!
