I bought this 03 Sequoia Limited pretty beat and dirty and got the extreme package with the engine detailing and he brought it back to life. Car was much cleaner than when I bought it and smelled much better. He added the hair removal for free as Quentin has great customer service. I was overall satisfied.

I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SCAMMING BUSINESS!! THEY ARE OVERPRICED FOR NOT EVEN COMPLETING AND FULLING THEIR SERVICE. I paid $200 for a steam cleaning they never did my complete backseat. I took picture and they refused to complete and satisfy their customer. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY...THEY LIE ABOUT SERVICES GIVEN AND WILL NEVER COMPLETE WHAT THEY IGNORED TO DO. Immediately upcharged me saying my car was "excessively dirty" which it wasn't. There was no trash in my car, no major stains. I asked him where it was extremely dirty and he said he would need to use a small brush to clean in the crevices. Isn't that the point of detailing vs going to a regular carwash? The website also mentioned "minor tree sap removal" for the package I selected. I had one drip of tree sap I asked him to remove and he wouldn't because he didn't have the tool (and "it wasn't part of my package"). So which one is it? Later said the website shouldn't say that at all. On the upside, the car looks nice and they were nice guys, but don't advertise something you don't want to do. He stayed to fix a few other concerns I had and wanted ensure I was happy but still was unable to complete everything advertised.

Quentin went above and beyond in cleaning my car. It is better than new! He took extra time on the carpets and in between seats (a must with 2 young kids!) and got years of ground-in dirt and yuck out. I called him on a Friday evening and he was able to get me in on Monday! Such quick turn-around and he did a great job!

Update to owners response:My vehicle was not excessively dirty. My seats are light colored and leave behind water stains very easily as well I have a child that is hard on the backseat of my vehicle.During your "consultation" you indicated that there is nothing that you can do for my seats without removing them and doing a complete restore. You did not offer to proceed with the service and do the best that you could with the seats. You offered to proceed with the services but based upon the conversation you would not attempt the seats. I have had many companies provide me with auto detail service and they have always provided me with realistic expectations and could not provide a guarantee but after providing the service realized that the stains were easily lifted. I have never had a company tell me that there is nothing that they could do about my seats.I did cancel the service after your statement that there is nothing that you can do. Why would I continue the service at that point? Also, there was no discussion of a trip fee prior to you coming out which I paid without hesitation.Prior to coming out and refusing a part of the service perhaps it would be a good practice to request pictures to avoid issues in the future.Have a great day!
