Great choice of TV channels. Wifi great. Shower good, plenty of towels, soaps, and bar hooks. Windows: love dual roller shades. HVAC in window could be sealed better— small draft coming in the room during the cold night. Lighting: room was dim & dark with minimal int. lamps. Other guests go outside in evening to smoke, & they tie open the ext. access door. Please make sure the outside doors SHUT. Noise: my room was halfway distant from Pico. Street noise was minor, so glad I wasn’t closer to Pico Bl. I was on upper floor, and floorboards creak right by bed. Didn’t bother me much, but I’d hate to be underneath. Perfectly fine hotel for a good price in a good neighborhood of Santa Monica. The chocolate spread is the best part of their breakfast. Just a great value option for a hotel. Less

Super friendly staff at check in! Loved the room layouts which open up into a quaint, secure courtyard. Breakfast was continental so no hot items, but still a great selection. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area. Less
