I had a fantastic stay at the SureStay in Santa Monica. The location is perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping, making it easy to explore the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made for a very relaxing stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. For the price and convenience, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Monica.

We reserved our stay at another hotel that turned out nothing like we wanted so this was the hotel we went to as a last minute option. And for sure the next time they will be our first option. They were super nice and got our room ready to be checked in in an hour. The lady at the reception (i forgot her name) was soo nice to us. The rooms were clean and were cleaned every day. The breakfast was great alot of good option. Parking is 10$ per night. The location is close to santa monica pier (10min drive) and Trader joes shop is across the street from the hotel. Its in a calm and quiet neighborhood. I recomend this hotel.

Definitely great value proposition in Santa Monica. Place is very well run and kept extremely clean. Rooms are decent size and nicely equipped even with some unexpected nice touches such as microwave, electric blinds and cosmetic mirrors! Breakfast is conveniently included, with variety of tasty offerings - something for everyone, and was well attended by the guests. Families with kids love this place, for sure. Icing on the cake is definitely Staff that is super friendly and helpful, addressing all kind of requests with a smile, and that makes folks coming back. Honorable mention - Annabella, who's running the morning show in great fashion, with just enough dosage of 'ocd' to make it perfect for the guests !Parking is convenient, on property, reasonably priced at $12/day. Location is very convenient as well, since you're literally minutes from major connectors hwy 10 & 405 !

Stayed here for two nights. Arrived at midnight for check-in, and the front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay, mostly a basic continental breakfast. The parking fee was $11, which is reasonable compared to other nearby hotels’ parking rates, and this was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The parking space near Building 2 is really tight, though. However, we parked near the main building and walked to our room, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. Another plus is its close proximity to locations such as Santa Monica Beach and Rodeo Drive. Trader's Joe is also few blocks away form the hotel if you need to get something. Overall this is a great hotel for its location and price.

Pros: Breakfast was decent and they had automatic pancakes dispenser machine which was mess free. They also accommodated my request to have a ground level room. Cons: Parking shouldn’t be an extra charge.)
