The people working were all very nice. I Have MS and needed to take my medication but I forgot bandaids and alcohol wipes upon asking they provided me with some which was awesome! The breakfast was nice it was not too much but it was still nice. The pancake machine is a bit slow but they have bagels, toast, yogurt, eggs, cereal, oatmeal, and other stuff to munch on while you wait. I originally rented a room for a night but upon request, after my vacation plans changed I was able to book a stay in the same room upon short notice which was also really nice. The rooms were clean and had soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the showers. Less

I stayed two nights, one night in a regular single king room and one night in a king with a kitchenette. I highly recommend the kitchenette if you’re trying to save some money eating out. It has a 4 burner gas stove+over, mini fridge (freezer is just a top shelf) and a microwave. 2 pots & 2 pans (1 small 1 large of each), basic silverware and cooking utensils, plates, bowls, a strainer, tea cups, a drip coffee maker and small sink. Trader Joe’s is next door, so makes it really easy, plus you just get more space (an extra 2 seat table in the kitchen) and the room is just bigger. I live in LA and I can vouch for the neighborhood being safe. I also stayed at Found (which smelled like mildew and had some mold in the bathroom) and I would definitely recommend this place over Found. You are next to the 10 freeway and Pico Blvd is busy, but they have double pane windows that are really good at keeping out the noise. Very clean. Less

Safe, clean area, and hotel. Great location too. First time to LA, wasn't sure where to stay. This was perfect. Not far from LAX, Santa Monica Beach and Pier, Venice Beach, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and Pacific Coast Highway. One of the few places you will actually find free parking! Keyed (card) gate to enter courtyard area to rooms. Housekeeping actually made little swans with towels and did turn down service every day. For the price, would highly recommend! Less

Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and a good shower. We paid extra to have a patio with a table and chairs with an umbrella, which was worth it. Breakfast was very good considering that there were no real.hot options, but they had juice, bagels, bread, boiled eggs, cereal and decent coffee and everything was kept replenished. There was plenty of parking and the neighborhood seemed safe at night. Quite a ways from the beach, so the $300+ a night seemed a bit steep, but maybe that's the going rate. Less
