There are so many good things to say about endure! I like the community, the people, the coaches, the programming. It has strengthened me and helps me deal with the physical issues that I have going on in my life. No matter the age or ability or fitness level, there is something for everyone! The variety of workouts and movements target the entire body.

I joined Endure Feb 2025 after mostly high intensity cardio workouts and wanting more strength training incorporated into my workout routine. The workouts have truly helped me build muscle and feel stronger than ever. I love the buildup of the workout circuit through the month which really allows you to push yourself to go harder! Also, as someone who moved to town and joined the gym without knowing anyone, I have to say, the trainers and community are super welcoming!

Endure is an absolutely awesome gym. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping everyone improve, no matter their level. The programming is amazing—smart, challenging, and clearly well thought out. Every workout has a purpose, and you can feel yourself getting stronger and better over time. Great coaching, great programming, and an even better environment. Highly recommend Endure.

I’ve been working out at Endure for almost a year now after working out in my basement for years and can’t say enough positive things about this gym. The coaches at Endure are knowledgeable, supportive, motivating and fun. The workouts are designed intentionally to work all muscle groups as well as keep you in shape cardiovascular wise as well. The community is very friendly and not intimidating at all with members of all different levels and ages working out together. It’s gotten me into great shape and I highly recommend if you are in search of a new challenging and fun gym community to check out Endure!

Coming up on a one year anniversary at Endure, and it’s easy to see what makes this place so special. It’s welcoming to everyone no matter your age, skill level, or fitness background, and there is a genuine focus on overall wellbeing. While there are plenty of gyms and workout programs out there, what truly sets Endure apart are the people and the coaches. They work with you to adapt or change any workout so it feels good for your body, and there is real effort put into creating a supportive, encouraging environment. They also offer 10 classes for $10, which is such a great way to try different class types and see what works best for you. It’s the kind of place that makes people feel stronger and actually look forward to their workouts. I can’t recommend this community enough. Thank you, Endure, and thank you to the coaches, especially EJ, who truly puts her heart into this community. 💙
