I do not have enough good things to say about this gym. I had completely fallen off working out for over a year and was embarrassed and shy to get back in the gym. I met the owners mother one day out walking my dog and she convinced me to give Endure a try. I came for my first class and felt welcomed not only by the teacher but the other classmates. I signed up and was encouraged and motivated and never felt judged. It has been a year and a half and I can truly say Endure has changed my life. I feel better in my body but I also feel like I found a community and family.

I had not worked out in a few years until my wife convinced me to get started at Endure.So far so great! It’s a mix of cardio and strength training which suits me perfectly.The teachers are all fantastic and help you if an exercise doesn’t fit you they find a suitable one that works.I feel like after a long layoff my mind and body are starting to get fit.

Thrilled I found the Endure community! Started about 3 months ago, and it is now part of my non-negotiable routine 5x per week. Excellent trainers that care about you and your goals - no matter your fitness level and experience, a ton of class time options, and it's reasonably priced. Wonderful addition to our town!

Overall, I’ve had a great experience at Endure since joining. There’s something for everyone, and you can progress at your own pace and ability without feeling left behind. The community here are very supportive of each other. People of all ages and different fitness levels working together to reach the same goal of a healthier lifestyle. Can’t say enough about the coaches as well. Nothing but supportive, mindful, and encouraging since the start. Highly recommend.

I joined Endure four months ago. The first impression was wonderful. The coaches are very knowledgeable and patient. They listened to me and talked to me. I joined Endure after re-injuring my knee and completing physical therapy, and I was nervous about getting back into working out. A friend recommended Endure, and I’m so glad I gave it a try. The 10-day free trial was a great way to see how the gym fit into my schedule and routine.The coaches have been amazing. They are knowledgeable, motivating, and supportive. They took the time to modify workouts and provide alternatives that were safe for my knee while I continued to build strength. Joining Endure was easily the best decision I’ve made this year. I’ve been here three months now and I’ve never been this consistent; and trust me that was my biggest challenge in my fitness journey. It’s the perfect mix of great coaches, the format, and the community—the friendly ‘hi’s’ and fist bumps after the workout really do make all the difference. They’re constantly pushing you to be your best and I can feel myself getting stronger every day. Coming from someone who was NEVER a morning person, this gym gives me the spark I need to actually show up for that 5am sesh and love it! If you’re looking for a sign to join, this is it!!

I joined Endure Feb 2025 after mostly high intensity cardio workouts and wanting more strength training incorporated into my workout routine. The workouts have truly helped me build muscle and feel stronger than ever. I love the buildup of the workout circuit through the month which really allows you to push yourself to go harder! Also, as someone who moved to town and joined the gym without knowing anyone, I have to say, the trainers and community are super welcoming!

I’ve been working out at Endure for almost a year now after working out in my basement for years and can’t say enough positive things about this gym. The coaches at Endure are knowledgeable, supportive, motivating and fun. The workouts are designed intentionally to work all muscle groups as well as keep you in shape cardiovascular wise as well. The community is very friendly and not intimidating at all with members of all different levels and ages working out together.
