I found the Channel Junkies on YouTube and they change the way I go about getting lead in my real estate business. The course is amazing. The podcast has a lot of great advise in short doses which is great if you can't spend an hour or more listing to a podcast. I Highly recommend!!

I loved the episode on niches. My channel is brand new but it is a Military Moves channel and I loved that that was one of your mentions in this episode. I'm a military spouse and have been for a decade. All of my clients are military families. My channel is Military Moves with Sierra... Is that too much in your opinion? I mean, I'm okay with only serving military families for the rest of my career (more than okay) but it's not necessarily the ONLY people I can serve... Do I stick to it or do I change my name around to not.be so niche ?
