I was recommended this spot by a VA approved program that unfortunately couldn't work on my vehicle. I'm disabled and had a health decline that led to me slowly losing everything. I was expecting just a quote. And honestly I thought I was gonna have to total it out and really restart. He's got me back on the road safely and quickly. I can now smog and handle the DMV services. When everything is stripped from you you have to sacrifice a car repair or food. I teared up when I turned my car in without a jump box for the first time in a year and half. Thankfully between the programs and help I was able to tackle this major stress factor that was holding me Majorly behind. Thank you for helping secure my way to the doctors offices and research facilities. thank you for helping repair the thing I need to get my medicine and food with. Thank you for fixing my house. Any Vets or service members need to check these guys out. They really do come through they made he process as painless and comfortable as possible. He even handled issues I didn't know were going on. Me and my wife thank you tremendously.

Roger is so smart and knowledgeable about cars but goes above and beyond to explain the repairs in easy ways to understand. That is rare in my experience. His whole team is so friendly. This is my second time having them go out of their way to help me in a crunch! The team fit my car in very last minute and had my car repaired and back to me the same day! The work they do is high quality but charge incredibly fair and reasonable prices. When I take my car to Sartorial, I rest easy knowing I am going to get a transparent, honest, and accurate service, because that's been my experience every single time. I will never take my car to any other place. Honest quality repairs, honest quality service, extraordinarily honest and fair prices. That's Sartorial Automotive. Seriously.

Sartorial Auto Reapirs is a professional shop from start to finish, and most importantly — honest. You never feel upsold or pressured, just genuinely taken care of.It’s rare to find this level of integrity and customer service. We take ALL of our cars there, I wouldn’t take them anywhere else!

This auto repair shop is amazing ! Roger really took care of me because my brakes were giving out ! They were able to get my car in, diagnosed and repaired it all in the same day and they were also attentive and honest.

Amazing experience! Came from out of town and my brake pump went out on me. Called these guys and got it fixed in 3 hours same day. Would probably make this my auto shop of choice if I didn’t live so far away.
