We got our roof and solar done by PES Solar and Treasurer Coast Roofing. Chip was the guy that helped us out in the process. When we talked to Chip we told him that we wanted a roof, gutters, and possibly solar. We talked to him because we were in a situation with another roofing company and our insurance we wanted to back out and go with Chip. He was helpful in the situation we were in with the other company. We cut ties with the other company and moved forward with Chip. We got our done roof in September and solar up. We were super excited about it we were just missing the gutters that we asked to be put on along with everything else. We were getting the run around with the roofing company just to find out they never put the gutters in the deal, so we would have to pay for the gutters upfront. We were upset about what happened, because of what we have gone through with the previous roofing company. We are a family of five and the cost of living is not going down my husband is a disabled veteran, so I am in no position to dish out the money to get the gutters. Chip, being an honorable Christian was upset about what had happened and paid for the gutters out of his pocket. We never expected it and are grateful to him for it.

PES Solar A few days after I contacted Chip Paul from PES he came out to my home to check the property out and answer any questions. I signed up right away because the deal was so good that I couldn’t believe it AND it got better. Chip told me to get a full home generator fueled by propane so that we will be covered for the duration of a bad storm. This company was the only company out of about ten that I interviewed and received quotes from that really came through. I have 19 solar panels, the generator and 500 gallon propane tank is financed as part of the entire package. The company has stayed in touch every step of the way. There has been no glitch whatsoever and the $20,000.00 check for the generator and tank installation arrived yesterday. In fact I just signed on with the generator company and paid the initial deposit a few minutes ago to get the permitting started. Tell me if you can beat this deal !! 25 year term, no electrical bills, total financing is just under $60,000.00 @ 1.49% interest with monthly payments between $167 - $192.00 per month. The 19 panels went on in one day, a correction the next and the inspection was passed in three days. Now I am waiting to get the meter switched out by the electric company. Just to obtain an entire home electric system including air-conditioning with a monitor notification to the propane company to refill automatically is a real achievement. Again, no other company could offer this package with total financing. When I learned that the generator package was almost twice what we had calculated, he applied for another $10,000.00 and that was also approved immediately with no financials requested. Chip has helped me all the way and even had his company come out to spray the inside of my duct system so that there is a minimum waste to the attic. I have nothing but the best to say about this family run business of 25 years.
