I did drop in 3/24 the box was excellent with awesome coaches, members and owner with Mayhem programming and a huge space with plenty of nice equipment, on top of that I left my grips accidentally there and then left town and the owner was so generous to ship them back to me. They promote working on skills before/after classes and they sometimes program skill work into the workout hour. They also offer one-on-one personal training. If you've never done CrossFit, they'll do some one-on-one sessions with you to get you familiar with the moves and make certain your form is good. They have classes geared towards all ages/fitness levels so your whole family can come! They also have classes or open gym all day long, so you can always get a workout in. The Legends and Burn classes are awesome! The facility is nice and they keep it clean! There's even a Lululemon store on-site. I'd highly recommend checking out a free community workout on a Saturday or just emailing them to let them know you want to try a specific class. I am pumped about how wrong I was. The people are awesome, very friendly and open. The coaches have the perfect blend of intense and supportive. The classes themselves are great. I've never really done free weights before and it turns out I love it. The equipment is in good condition and get updated all the time. When weight plates break they get replaced with new ones, and the broken ones get used to weigh down stationary equipment, or they go on the sled. There are also lots of interesting niche equipment that doesn't get used often, but when that kind of cross-training is needed, nothing else will do. In other news, in the last three months I lost a notch on my belt while also gaining 10 lbs of muscle. Less

Dropped by for the first time today—great workout and a high energy, motivating atmosphere! Everyone was so welcoming and nice, I felt right at home. Have been looking for a CrossFit gym in this area and am so glad I found this place! They sell Lululemon and mtn ops, which is a nice perk.

All the coaches were very welcoming to me as a drop in and very friendly as well. if I lived in the area, I would definitely look into joining their barbell club and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to drop in.

Great, great place - can't recommend this enough. From the regular workouts of the day (WOD's), to the personalized touch from individual trainers, this place has really made a difference for me.
