We hired DM Construction to redo both of our bathrooms. We were more than pleased with the organization and timely matter the work was done. The people and subs that were involved were respectful of us and our home. We were kept aware,on a daily basis, of what to expect and who to expect for each day. The project Mgr. went to great extent to get us what we wanted. (ie.vanities,lighting,countertop) I can't say enough good about this company. We had our bathroom remodeled to better accommodate my tall husband with major back issues and DM Construction came to the rescue. David was fantastic at helping us design a beautiful bathroom and stay within our ideal budget. Daniel is an artist with his mad tiling skills and Patrick was a pleasure to work with keeping us up to date of what was happening each day. We are definitely using DM Construction Services again for our other projects.

A special thanks to Steve from DM Construction to help with a repair. When I explained that this was a rush job due to insurance company demands, he was on it. He got my repairs done within a week. Steve communicated with me every step of the way. I appreciate what he and his team did all of this & from out of state. Huge thanks to him & this company. I cannot recommend them enough. In these days it’s hard to find a good company for repairs let alone staff that provided helpful communications away kind & considerate. Thank you Steve.

We had the opportunity to review the bathroom design drawings from this company, and we were really impressed. The renderings were clear, detailed, and made it easy to visualize what the finished space could look like. They created a design that felt both functional and stylish. The attention to detail in the plans gave us confidence in their design process. With sizeable repairs required to the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom of our Cape Coral home, I contacted three local companies for estumates.From the outset, I was impressed with David’s approach to assessing the job and the work required etc. The detailed estimate from DM gave me the confidence to choose them, which turned out to be a very good decision.The work was carried out, on schedule as possible, but most importantly completed to a very high standard.Martial’s work - drywall including application of texture and the wood trim is excellent. Mario supervised the work as if it was his personal property.There is always apprehension when you need a fair amount of work done in your home, but with DM Construction there was none.I am very pleased with their work - they delivered what they promised. I recommend them highly.

I highly recommend DM construction, they provided an excellent experience from start to finish. Steve and team was professional, dependable, and committed to delivering high quality work. Steve has been the first hand communicator, and he did incredibly well at the job. His professionalism, attention and quick response make the entire process smooth, The overall communication was clear and deadline was met throughout the project. We have used them twice already and will use them in the future. We are very please with the result and would confidently recommend DM construction. Roofing with interior garage structural damage discovered at my father's home. I'm long distance, but the team kept me informed as the steps took place! Steven, Cody and their team were awesome, friendly, and very personable. They took the time to make my 92 year old father feel comfortable. They even came in UNDER estimated cost!!
