With sizeable repairs required to the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom of our Cape Coral home, I contacted three local companies for estumates. From the outset, I was impressed with David’s approach to assessing the job and the work required etc. The detailed estimate from DM gave me the confidence to choose them, which turned out to be a very good decision. The work was carried out, on schedule as possible, but most importantly completed to a very high standard. Martial’s work - drywall including application of texture and the wood trim is excellent. Mario supervised the work as if it was his personal property. There is always apprehension when you need a fair amount of work done in your home, but with DM Construction there was none. This company came in, completed the work with precision and expertise. They moved and covered everything like it should be, did drywall repairs and painted. They cleaned up and moved all the furniture back. They even reset my dining room table! There was no mess for us to clean up. There was a project manager on the project from start to finish. And the price could not be beat. After having dealt with our “contractors”, this was a pleasant experience.
