After getting 4 or 5 quotes we selected DM Construction to demolish our old deck and build a new one from the ground up. We could not be more pleased with the deck. Because of the Hurricane damage in this area we had a long wait for the permits to be issued. Once approved, the job moved forward and was completed in a timely manner. We had a great experience with DM Construction Services of SWFL. From the moment we met them during the walk through for them to give us an estimate, we knew we wanted them to remodel our condo. Their estimate was very detailed and accurate. They took care of all of the permits and scheduling for each step of the job.Tim and Chris took care of the demo and framing. They answered my questions and gave great suggestions. They kept telling me "You are the boss. We work for you.". They always made sure things were cleaned up at the end of each day. David only hires top notch people to complete each step of the process. The plumbers, electricians, drywallers, painters, tile and flooring people were very polite and did a great job.
