Hands down the Customer Service is top notch! This is my 2nd refrigerator purchase from them. My fridge works perfectly but redesigned my kitchen and needed counter depth fridge. Purchased kitchenaid refrigerator 12-11-25. Was greeted right away by David and he patiently answered innumerable questions because I was not sure of the best purchase to meet my needs. There were other customers that other workers were helping, and I appreciated that he took the time because I didn't understand the products like he does. They have a great delivery service and everything was as promised. I later ended up adding the extended warranty after talking to him about the pros and cons of the manufacturer warranty. I've never added an extended warranty, but I feel like the information David gave me it helped me make the right decision, and he did not pressure me into the decision whatsoever. I will be shopping at their store in the future, and highly recommend this store to others.
