This is great place to find appliances. Much better than retail. Easy payment plans so you don't have to drop a huge wad at once. No pressure sales. Very helpful staff. Go in and ask for DeAngelo he was great.

Check them out before going to the 'big box store,' St. Louis Appliance Outlet has great customer service, a vast selection of appliances, we found everything we needed in 20 minutes, ask for Steve, he was great to work with, super nice guy, all the staff was great, purchased 3 that day, waited on a dishwasher, we wanted a specific brand, Steve reached out once it was available, seamless buying experience, they'll load you up same day, pick up later or they have the option to deliver as well, we did all three. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

Into the store on a whim and was pleasantly surprised at all the inventory they had. Some of their stuff is “scratch and ding “but on a lot of the appliances the scratches are on the side that would be covered up by counters or walls anyway. The staff are very friendly people I dealt with Ken and he didn’t try to push me to buy something I didn’t want to buy he let me look around and it was a very good shopping experience. As I was standing in there, I overheard a different transaction with a different person going on and this person was going to pay by credit card and they let the customer know that there would be a 2% credit card fee attached just for using a credit card. The customer decided she didn’t want to pay that and said she would be back and had to drive to the bank to get cash and her sales person waived the credit card fee just to save them a trip. If you’re looking for good deals on all sorts of appliances. Give this place a look before you go to one of the big box stores.

I just bought a fridge from here. I ordered online but spoke with Charles on the phone about a few questions I had. He was super helpful. Was not planning to buy a fridge at this time but mine broke and they said it wasn't worth it to fix it. So started off not happy about it, but this experience made it so much better and im very happy with my new fridge. Charles helped me decide which fridge and also feel confident in my purchase and I really appreciated his help. Definitely would buy here again and would recommend to friends and family.
