Ordered a new fridge online for a price much lower than any competitor. Before confirming shipping, Melissa sent me images of the fridge I had purchased and called me to see if I would like to proceed. There was some cosmetic damage which is common for an item with this big of a discount. I was hesitant to continue but Melissa took it upon herself to find me the exact same model that was in new condition. Rather than charge me the difference in price, Melissa and her GM gave me the fridge in better condition for the same initial price. We purchased an electric range on the 2nd of June, 2023. Our old gas range broke and we realized there was no ventilation in our kitchen. The staff were helpful and patient with us while we scrambled to get the measurements of the opening and they were willing to store the appliance (for free) until we could get an appropriate wire run to the kitchen. The delivery date was 24 June. On the day of the delivery, my wife received a call that they couldn't find the exact range we selected (we had taken a picture), but they would keep looking. I had noticed multiple ranges of the same model, so I wasn't concerned. What showed up is a nicer model than what we bought. If there are dings or scratches on this unit, I can't find them. I had already intended to do the install myself and the delivery crew hauled away the old range. The delivery crew meant business! I believe they were at my house for less than 10 minutes. Quick and careful. I drove back to the store to ask if they wanted us to pay the difference since what was delivered was a step up from what we paid for. I was told not to worry about it. Our lucky day! We don't expect to get nicer things than we pay for every time; however, we really like the new range and will be coming back. It is a "Scratch and Ding" business, but there were plenty of appliances where you would never see the damage, being on the side or rear of the unit. Even when the damage cannot be ignored, I saw several appliances I could live with, given the price. The inventory with serious cosmetic damage was deeply discounted (googling the retail price I noticed ~50% on one with a pretty gnarly gash - easily explained away if you have a young child, or just brag about being shrewd). Selection is so much better than anywhere else! Items go on sale often. They even have open box sales. I had a very pleasant time buying my washer, dryer and microwave. The people are knowledgeable and nice. Zamp, the salesman who helped me, was so entertaining and funny, had me laughing through the whole experience. I would definitely buy from this warehouse again. There is only 1 handicapped parking space. If you need a wheelchair, they have one available inside. Delivery is available for a fee, or customers can pick up their item up themselves. Less
