The price was good and the work done was excellent, which included roof replacement, new gutters with micro-mesh guards (guards work great!), and a newa cricket for our chimney which I didn’t know was necessary. 4/22-24/24 Peter came out spent a lot of time explaining what needed to be done in a way you could understand. Even had some show and tell. Had roof and gutters replaced. Both crews were very efficient. cleanup was complete. Five and a half stars.

Palace Roofing is awesome! Peter runs an excellent business. Efficiency and integrity are the names of the game. We called to see if they could look at our roof and a couple of skylights. Peter took the time to visit us and in the process cleaned off a copious quantity of leaves and acorns from the roof. He then gave us a realistic look at the condition of our roof and skylights. Peter provided a common-sensical solution for us to address the immediate issues without expensive measures. We happened to call Palace Roofing at a time when there was some flexibility in his schedule, so he was able to have someone come out and do the job for us THE SAME DAY. Amazing. But I know as he gets busy, this may not always be the case for us. I'm very glad we called Palace, and I won't be hesitating to reach out to Peter for his company's services should the need arise.

We had some roof and soffit repairs completed and new gutter toppers installed. Peter and his team were very responsive, got the work done quickly, and did a nice job. I needed my gutters replaced and I wanted to use a local company. I found Palace on Angi’s list and requested a quote. Peter, the owner of the company, came right out within a couple of days to accommodate my schedule. Peter was amazing to deal with. He treated my home as his own and was able to beat every other quote that I had received. He was up front with all the cost and quality of materials that he used. Peter offered gutter protection in the form of Champion gutter covers and also replaced some fascia and soffits that needed attention. During the home buying process some questions around the integrity of the roof were raised following the inspection of the house I was under contract to purchase. Peter was able to assist in inspecting the roof the very next day and was able to help navigate all parties involved (buyer, seller, and even seller insurance) through the process and in short order. He and his team were able to quickly turn around the work in less than 3 weeks from initial conversation to roof completely replaced, meeting the tight closing timelines. I needed some new gutters and a small roof repair and was having trouble finding a company to do both. When I called palace I felt there was a level of professionalism that other companies lack. We closed on our new home and that same weekend our gutter fell down in a storm. We contacted Palace Roofing and Peter got us a quote quickly and suggested adding extra hangers to prevent this from happening to the other gutters. We were very nervous to have the gutter off with more rain on the way and Palace was able to come out the same weekend and did an exceptional job fixing it and adding hanger supports around the home. It looks even better than when we bought and their prices were competitive. We will absolutely use them again in the future when we need a new roof or any other gutter/roof repairs. They helped ease a very stressful first week of home ownership!
