Best. Gym. Ever. I really never write Google reviews but had to come here to say that.I'm a former Crossfitter and athlete who was coming off of almost four years of being unable to work out because of an illness, and couldn't have picked a better place get back into fitness safely. Erin and Joanne were some of the kindest, most patient people out there, and they helped me feel totally comfortable and supported. They emphasized easing me back in and ensured didn't push myself too hard out the gate, while providing a motivating environment that made me want to improve. Plus, it is FUN — really, even the hardest workouts. I've never laughed so much doing Crossfit. This is by far the best atmosphere I've experienced at any gym, Crossfit or otherwise, Erin and Joanne have built a truly special and unique community. Everyone is ridiculously nice and welcoming, and know your name after the first week.Whether you're scared to try Crossfit or a seasoned athlete, this gym has something for everyone. I met people who had never worked out before coming here and people who had been doing Crossfit for over a decade. Regardless, Erin and Joanne break down every single movement step by step in each class and focus on making sure everyone has proper form. They're insanely attentive regardless of class size, it feels like having a 1:1 personal trainer. And they always find a way to scale/modify movements for any level (I also had a fractured foot that limited a lot of what I could do, and they managed to find really creataive alternatives for me.)Regardless of your fitness level, body type, gender expression, age...you're welcome here, and you should give it a try. Can't thank you all enough.
