This gym has made me genuinely enjoy and look forward to working out which is something I never thought was possible for me! Heather was wonderful - she gave great cues and directed the movements very clearly. I felt I was in good hands and got in a nice workout!! The facilities are very tidy as well, and the community was super welcoming. Will definitely be back!

You will never find a more welcoming, safe, fun and instructive environment than this gym. Erin and Joanne have masterfully cultivated everything that is wonderful about community, fitness and inclusion. Coming to class is often the best part of my day. The workouts, the expert coaching (adjustments, scaling options and attention given) and the equipment are all top notch. But just as important to me are my classmates and the camaraderie felt every single time I walk in the door. CrossFit Exit 19 is a very special place ❤️
