I have absolutely loved True Fitness since I joined. I came from another gym that was tough to beat but TF has made me feel so welcome and warm in just the short amount of time I’ve known the coaches and athletes. Huge fan of the facility and everyone there. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone in the area. New or not new to fitness.

This place is awesome, can’t say it enough. I’ve never done any CrossFit or any group fitness for that matter, and this place opened my eyes to a new physical journey. Clay is an amazing coach, but all the staff and members have made me feel so welcomed.

Been a regular member here for the last two years. What a truly unique and incredible gym. I’ve dropped in at a lot of CrossFit gyms but never one that takes form and warming up so seriously. There are classes for everyone and every level, and scaling to meet your needs is encouraged. All of the coaches are super knowledgeable and friendly, bringing a positive attitude to every class. This truly is a community and I love that the gym finds ways to give back during the year. If you are looking for a gym where you will develop friendships, safely push your limits, and create a healthy routine, look no further!

I just finished my first week and could not ask for a better experience. The coaches and members have been so welcoming and helpful. Can’t wait to experience everything the TF Staff offers and continue to improve my performance. I can see the results that are possible each time I go to class and witness awesome athletes doing these intense workouts. It’s all very motivating. Take a free class and you will witness next level coaching and fitness.Update: Adding sixth Star, Worth every penny, at 65, Bar muscle up class success, first set of doubleunders, handstand walks, not to mention new barbell strength PRs. Feeling bulletproof, Thanks True Fitness!!!

I love being a part of the TRUE Fitness family. The workouts are challenging but scalable, the coaches are fantastic and the facilities are beautiful. Everyone here is so kind and friendly and for the first time in years I actually look forward to working out!

Dropped in today and had a great experience! The coaching was top-notch—Clay did an amazing job leading the class and keeping the energy high. The community was welcoming, and the workout was great. If you’re in the area and looking for a great CrossFit gym, I highly recommend checking them out!

Amazing Experience at True Fitness Trials Although I’m happy and committed to my home box, I had the pleasure of competing at the True Fitness Trials last weekend, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience—including hitting a PR and making it to the finals! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcomed and comfortable, even though I don’t train there at all. The event was extremely well-organized, and everything ran smoothly—from the registration process to the layout of the competition floor. The level of attention and effort put into creating such a positive atmosphere was clear, and it made a huge difference. Even though I’m a proud member of a different box with amazing people and formidable coaches, For 9 hours I truly felt like part of the True Fitness community. I can’t emphasize enough how welcoming and supportive everyone was. I had a blast competing here and hope to have the chance to come back again someday! Oh, and about that final WOD… hated it. 😄 Thanks again for an unforgettable experience! Lou H-R

I recently joined TrueFitness after trying this gym out through a "bring a friend" promotion. This gym has coaches that are friendly, knowledgable, and willing to challenge you to stretch towards growth and improvement. It has high quality equipment, a strong sense of community, and great coaches!
