UPDATE: I received an immediate apology and remedy from management, Geo. He has rectified the issue with the employee as well as the sub par detailing of my car. My car is now squeeky clean and I would give SWYF another opportunity. Thanks again Geo and SWYF and 🎄 Merry Christmas. Kevin did my car. No shelter placed over my car in a torrential rain fall and strong winds. The inside of my car is soaking wet. Detailer used my electrical outlet and my water and garden hose. The inside of all my doors and edging all around inside trunk not even touched. My compartments between front seats still sticky. Inside doors not wiped down, nor foot pedals. I had to run the car heat on full for two hrs. to dry out. He lost my drivers side floor mat. After I mentioned I was missing three mats, he found two on the ground on the other side of his van. Then he says there was no mat for the drivers side. I told him I had dropped $6.+ in coin under my driver's seat, but because of my disability and age, I was unable to dig for it. He handed me a nickle and said that was it. He was two hrs. late and was done in 1.5 hrs. I'm not exaggerating, when I say a neighbour child could have done better. There was moss on my car door edges do to condensation from not drying out. Not a big deal, but he insists it was mold and wanted to charge me an additional couple of hundred.

SUV was clean and smelling good, gifted an interior detail for a Christmas present. Was very impressed by the customer service from management, thanks Gio!

My SUV was absolutely spotless when finished. I had sap on my windows and roof of my car completely gone. Spent more time on my car than booked. Highly recommend Alan!!

I was very impressed with the work that Mitchell did. An awesome job! He's a polite, respectful and professional person and takes pride in his job. My car looks like it just came out of the dealer showroom. I also appreciated he acknowledged I was a military veteran and thanked me for my service. That was a nice comment. I would not hesitate to have him come back in the future. Great job Mitchell. Thanks.
