We had an unfortunate cooler leaking incident camping last weekend, in which our meat leaked into the cooler and then subsequently leaked into the back of our mini-van. The seats were folded down in to the well, which meant that the water and meat liquid (blood) soaked into the carpet behind and under the seats, the seats themselves and the carpeted well/trunk they were folded into. It stunk. Bad. It's been hot all week since it happened. We came home on Tuesday, called detailers on Wednesday and had a prompt (within an hour) reply from Josh at Swyf. He understood the situation, had a plan and solution and immediately, quoted the job, booked us in for Friday, with the hopes of a cancellation trip for Thursday. He was quick to communicate that Thursday wasn't going to happen so we weren't waiting around all day, and he arrived promptly on Friday for our appointment time. Not only did he clean the area in question at the rear as agreed upon, but he also cleaned the kids middle row seats and threw in the wheels out of the kindness of his heart! He met the quoted price, was friendly, polite and did as was promised and my van is no longer stinky! Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to give a clear picture of how horrible our situation was, and what a superstar Josh was! Thanks so much, I wish I could afford you every month!
