I was experiencing some pretty bad upper lip melasma and dry/sensitive skin issues due to allergies since moving to town, and Hannah took the time to sit with me and understand all my skin situation thoroughly. I've been getting monthly facials from Hannah for a year now and she is a literal angel on earth. After our first appointment I signed up for a membership because it was THAT good and I knew I had to start seeing her on a regular basis. Not only does she give me excellent custom facials (due to some of my sensitivities), she has reviewed my skin care routine with me thoroughly and helped me understand what I should be doing on a daily basis, what products are and are not worth it, and what could be causing some of my redness/itchiness! She identified some of the problems in my routine (that my derm didn't catch) and I haven't had problems since! On top of that, my upper lip melasma has improved significantly after 6 months - it is a slow process but I see the difference even know as we are approaching hotter weather. I always look forward to my monthly facials with her - so relaxing and refreshing and on top of that I feel like I am heard! Great, professional service and a super clean medspa. I was touched inappropriately and filed a complaint. I’d avoid this spa. They still charged me for the massage because of the legal implications of a refund and the therapist continues working there.

I had a lash lift here recently but have been waiting to give a review to see if the results lasted and they did! Hannah was my esthetician and not only was she so gentle but also knowledgeable with all my questions about the service. She went above and behind with her consult. 10/10 would get any service with Hannah again!
