This review is specific to Adult classes.Coach Patrick and Coach Ashleigh are excellent. They're welcoming, encouraging, and thoughtfully go at my pace. I messaged them about inviting some friends and neighbors to roll together. They opened their mat to us and we had a bunch of dad rolling together on a Friday evening.Thanks again Patrick and Ashleigh. You guys are the reason I got back into jiu jitsu.

Been wanting to leave a review for a while. I've been training here since June '25 and have been loving it. If you’re a working professional trying to stay consistent with training, this is the spot. The 6am classes are perfect, high-level instruction, great energy, and you’re done before most people hit snooze. The schedule makes it realistic to train without sacrificing work or family time. Huge bonus is the gym has clean showers and changing rooms so you can head straight to the office feeling fresh. The culture is welcoming and instructional. Whether you’re new to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or experienced, this studio makes it easy to stay committed. Highly recommend for busy adults!

My 6-year-old absolutely enjoys going to her class here. She always looks forward to it after school and has never once said she doesn’t want to go — which says a lot! The instructors are amazing, caring, and attentive. The classes aren’t overcrowded, so each child gets enough space and personal attention. I highly recommend this place — they truly care about the kids and create a positive, welcoming environment.

My two kids have been training at OM Jiu Jitsu for over a year and absolutely love it! They've learned so much, but more importantly, they look forward to every class. They even convinced me to join the adult classes. Best decision ever! The coaches truly love what they do, especially when working with the kids, going above and beyond what you'd expect. The environment is very friendly and supportive. Highly recommend!

Great place, would recommend. People here are skilled but chill vibes. I have been here a couple times as a visitor drop in from out of state, and the instructors and people in class are nice and great sparring partners.

In the midst of relocating, I was fortunate to discover this gym. The environment is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, the class sizes are kept small to ensure quality instruction, and the instructors are not only highly knowledgeable but also attentive and approachable. The students demonstrate respect and discipline, creating a positive and motivating atmosphere on the mats. Having trained at several gyms, I can confidently say this has been the best Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy I have attended. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking to learn or refine their skills, and I look forward to returning whenever I am back in the area!
