FIVE STARS!! This past month Oana, owner of OM Drapes Design, provided our family with a 17 foot motorized sun shade for our newly constructed patio. She was a pleasure to work with and the installers did a great job. When the manufacturer sent the wrong motor, Oana and her team were on it to get the replacement motor sent 2nd day air and then finished the installation on a Saturday just in time for our unveiling party. We are very happy with Oana and her team and strongly recommend anyone who needs any window shades repairs. They were very professional and in a matter of a few weeks they found out why our motorized Hunter Douglas shades were not working, presented us with options and helped us get them fixed. We ended up replacing our motorized shades with a manual option and they were able to reuse the existing panels and valance on the new manual track. The panels now work perfectly!
