They are not knowledgeable about the properties they offer for rent, they are not helpful in obtaining information you ask for about the properties, and they kiss you off when you make reasonable requests. They are stuck in an old-style take-it-or-leave-it mentality that does not reflect best practices in the industry. You would be far better off renting from one of the online property rental agencies, like Airbnb or VRBO. (Beware: Foran lists some of their properties on these services. If you rent one of their properties through VRBO/Airbnb, you will pay an additional hefty service fee on top of all the nickel-and-dime fees that Foran tacks onto the basic rent.) Less

Foran Realty is bar none amongst the best Real Estate company that i have encountered. We have moved several times in New York, Westchester, Connecticut and buying a vacation home on the Cape. So have dealt with many different people and companies, Foran Realty is the best! I felt like they were a concierge real estate firm- from Patrick and his wife, Melissa to Peter, Paul and John along with the rest of the staff, their knowledge of the Cape, the market, the variables and the people, they know! Their response time, their solution mindedness and their team work was more than i could ask for or expect! When the market took off, Patrick was on the phone in a heartbeat giving us a full on report as to what we could sell the house for if we were interested in it. As my husband and i had been talking about the possibility of selling due to a possible move, we decided to sell and Patrick was able to get us a 40% profit after putting it on the market for two weeks!!!
