They are not knowledgeable about the properties they offer for rent, they are not helpful in obtaining information you ask for about the properties, and they kiss you off when you make reasonable requests. They are stuck in an old-style take-it-or-leave-it mentality that does not reflect best practices in the industry. You would be far better off renting from one of the online property rental agencies, like Airbnb or VRBO. (Beware: Foran lists some of their properties on these services. If you rent one of their properties through VRBO/Airbnb, you will pay an additional hefty service fee on top of all the nickel-and-dime fees that Foran tacks onto the basic rent.) Less
