I met Patrick when I was selling my condo at Cranberry Knoll. He was wonderful and got me a price which was substantially more than I hoped! I lived in NC for 3 1/2 years and decided to come home to Dennis. Timing was perfect as Patrick’s new office building was completed and I was able to rent his former office which I love. As a landlord, Patrick is wonderful. I try not be too demanding but any time I have a question, issue or problem it’s addressed immediately!I consider him to be not so much a landlord but a friend. I would recommend him whole-heartedly to anyone needing a realtor! 😃

I am renting from him he told me he would ask me first if I wanted to extend but he never asked me and rented this apartment which is a shoe box the stairs to the bedroom are the worst I fell down three stairs broke my toe told Patrick and he finally put my own slip pads .im letting everyone know whoever rents he is a liar telling me I'm the first id I wanted to extend but no he rented it out to a bartender not someone that has an education and a great job .
