I was a competitive gymnast for 16 years of my childhood and when I quit that, I pretty much did not exercise regularly, if at all, until the age of 43 (the age I am now). I’ve been training with Matt for just @ 8 months and I can EASILY say I’m in the best shape of my life since I was a gymnast back in the mid 90s. Matt has so much knowledge which continues to unveil itself more as time goes by. I feel strong, healthy, more energetic, and flexible. I have Hashimotos and used to have crashes monthly where I would be asleep for almost 24 hours. Today, I can say that hasn’t happened in several months, in fact I cannot remember the last time it did. I could go on and on but the facts are; I completely loathed exercise, I am dyslexic and have a hard time with instruction/direction, I was overly lethargic due to my autoimmune disease - and at this moment as I type this review I am benching 3 reps at 75lbs, squatting 5 reps at 105lbs, and deadlifting 3 reps at 135lbs. I look forward to EVERY training session with Matt Wilson! For the record, I’m 5’4” and 130lbs. Dub is awesome! It's the only thing that got the scale moving after the birth of my second child. Erica and the other coaches push you to work hard, but somehow still make it fun.
