I would highly recommend Units. I had two issues that came up where they went above and beyond. One was on moving day when the movers (who were being paid hourly) informed me that they were going to run out of space in the units that I had rented. I called them and they were able to get one there within an hour. Secondly, I had a situation where I needed something out of a storage unit on a weekend and I left a voicemail and Todd (the owner) called me back within an hour to set up a meeting on Sunday to get into my units. Their customer service is great and they are organized and efficient. Thank you!!

Working with UNITS was great! They delivered the storage to my home and put it PRECISELY (to the inch) where my husband wanted it. Then, when my CC was hacked, they understood the issue and gave me time to get it taken care of then get them paid without any fines. And finally, the pick up...I have to say the gentleman who works the remote mover is a PROFESSIONAL. Had my Mustang parked next to the unit and didn't even have to move it. Gosh I wish I had recorded that! THANK YOU UNITS!!!
