I had good expectations upon my research, and I wished I could have given a review that reflects her services better, but communication/professionalism is a part of it. I had reached out to Kristen via the online form and she texted me back asking me of my troubles. We had a back and forth conversation, just talking about the dog, when she suddenly did not respond back. The last thing that was said was I asked if I could call her. No response. I gave her four days and then texted/called her business phone to just follow up. Still nothing. I don't know if she has something else going on, which I would understand, but as a business owner, I think it is very irresponsible and unprofessional to just leave a potential client hanging with no update/response. Kristen was referred to us because our dog was exhibiting anxiety and challenges with impulse control while we walked him. Kristen communicated with me extensively before coming out to our house for a complimentary consultation. It was obvious to us that she had extensive knowledge in dog training. Today will be our third training session. Kristen videos her training sessions which enables us to see our pup's progress and we also learn how to best work with him as well. Kristen is positive, honest and knowledgeable in what she does. During our consultation, she was patient and understanding without judgement and offered suggestions even if that meant not hiring her services. She even gave me some FREE tips in training my rug rat. She was very thorough in explaining her program and what she felt would work best for me & my puppy.
