I called Arroyo Transportation one day before my trip I spoke with Felix explained my situation that I needed a 2:30 AM pickup to go to airport. Felix was so pleasant and understanding I was nervous but he put me at ease. Felix was on time for the pickup and very kind. I definitely recommend Arroyo Transportation and Felix. I booked this transportation based on the reviews I read prior to our trip. Our plane landed at the Sanford/Orlando Airport and we traveled to a Disney World Resort. Claudia met us at the airport and greeted us promptly. The vehicle was very clean and spacious. She was friendly and courteous. On our return trip Felix was our driver. He was so accommodating in location of pick up. His friendly conversation during our drive to the airport made our drive go by fast. I will definitely use Arroyo Transportation the next visit to the area. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Orlando.

My husband and I used Arroyo travel car service from our house to MCO and then from MCO to our house upon return from our trip. Felix was very prompt and courteous. The best van service to the airport, I called Felix and gave him our information for 6 people to go the airport and also returning, he was on time well dressed and polite helped with all the luggage a very respectable man, he held conservation with us about our trip, I would recommend his company to anyone and already has passed out his cards to friends, The rates are very reasonable also.

Prompt, friendly, exceptional service. Felix drove our family over an hour to our resort from the airport, and we enjoyed every minute of the ride. What a wonderful person! The SUV was beautiful too; very clean. Highly recommend!
