Felix’s a transportation Service is excellent. He is very helpful when booking and also keeps you informed, especially the day of service, making travel stress free. We have used his service several times. Vehicle is spotless and the driver is right at baggage claim when you arrive at airport! Highly recommend! 10/10 stars.

I booked this transportation based on the reviews I read prior to our trip. Our plane landed at the Sanford/Orlando Airport and we traveled to a Disney World Resort. Claudia met us at the airport and greeted us promptly. The vehicle was very clean and spacious. She was friendly and courteous. On our return trip Felix was our driver. He was so accommodating in location of pick up. His friendly conversation during our drive to the airport made our drive go by fast. I will definitely use Arroyo Transportation the next visit to the area. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Orlando.

My husband and I used Arroyo travel car service from our house to MCO and then from MCO to our house upon return from our trip. Felix was very prompt and courteous. Felix is awesome!!! We have used him twice now and both times we knew we would have no issues getting to the port and/or the airport. If you need any transportation for a cruise, I would highly recommend Arroyo!!!!

We only use this company when we are in Orlando. They are the absolute best by far!! We had an early departure and they were early to get us! Wonderful company!

I would recommend Arroyo Transportation for the Orlando / Cocoa Beach area. We used their services to get from the hotel to the cruise terminal and back to the airport from Cocoa Beach. Felix was very easy to work with. Booking through the site was slightly challenging because it was a typical round trip. But once I talked to Felix he took care of everything. Pricing was a good value considering the quality of the vehicle, service and convenience. Would definitely recommend over Uber if you are traveling with a group of 6-10.

I highly recommend Arroyo Transportation. They're great at confirming all details not only when the reservation is made, but also the day prior and day of travel. The vehicle that I rode in was pristine and Felix provided exceptional service. I will use them again.

We used Arroyo Transportation today.. they picked us up at SFB Airport and dropped us off at a Disney Resort. chatted via email prior to trip, responses time was great. We texted once we arrived 2.5 hours late and Felix was there waiting for us. Very professional and pleasant drive to the resort. Thank you for making the stressful day because of the airline delays a lot better and enjoyable. Kate
