I had been using another storage container company for years for business purposes. Every bit of that other company seemed to always be a struggle from website, to billing, to delivery and pick up. This forced us to make a last minute change the other day which brought us to UNITS. So happy for the change!!! I spoke with Lee, moved extremely quick through the sign up and order process. The container was dropped at the location with absolutely no issue. I was not able to be at the jobsite that day (emergency services doesn't always go as planned) so the driver Randy (such a nice guy to work with) worked with me by phone and messaging and got the container in place and on schedule. Due to width & height restrictions, Units was the only local POD provider with the ability to place a POD in the area that was available. They do not require space any wider (or much higher) than the size of the POD to position it; and the POD was easy to use, highly secure and weatherproof. Despite several days of really bad weather, the inside stayed absolutely dry. From start to finish, I was rather impressed with their courtesy, consideration and professionalism. UNITS really saved our bacon after PODS failed us. We were having our basement finished and needed to move everything out during construction. We had originally gone with PODS because they are the name brand you see all the commercials for. Unfortunately they failed to deliver our container on multiple occasions. We were running out of time with construction scheduled to start in two days. UNITS came to the rescue and was able to deliver a 16' container for the same price offered by PODS for a12' container. And they were able to deliver the same day. The container was clean and secure and it was delivered and placed with zero problems. It was picked up promptly when we were done. I wanted a "POD" for my 20 mile move. Barbara was very nice and laid out how the process worked and went over my options. Christian delivered my POD and I was there to receive it, which wasn't required. My driveway was kid of narrow and gravel and Christian had no problem with it. And the UNIT itself was immaculate. I originally looked at a POD because I didn't realize there were competitors. I'm glad I found UNITS because they were a bit cheaper and much easier to schedule and a pleasure to deal with.
