Wow. The professionalism of this company is top notch. Due to a house fire and Insurnace I have had to move over 4 times in the past two years. I have use other services before they were fine. Definitely not review worthy. Units is though !! Lee made everything easy. Randy picked up the unit and carefully delivered it. My three antique crystal chandeliers arrived in the same condition !! It was amazing. Thank you UNITS!!!

LEE from UNITS was so wonderful. She is a lovely person, easy to talk to and get info from. The units they provided were clean and delivered in a timely manner. They never jacked up the price like public storage. The latter would hike up the price every 3 monthes...I went from paying $219 to $520/ month within a year. That was for storage at there facility not a unit in our driveway. Back to this company...I had a wonderful experience with units. They came through in a jiffy when I need a storage solution for our renovation. I still think all these facilities are overpriced....but thats everyone's MO nowadays.

After 35 years, we needed to empty our ranch to complete a renovation. Units was able to get one of their storage units to our address the very next day! Lee was the associate I worked with and she was always friendly and helpful. Units is definitely the company I would recommend for a storage unit delivered right to your address!

We had our wood floors refinished. What an undertaking! But Lee was amazing and hooked us up with movers and a container. She held our hand the whole way. I used a unit for storage while having work done on my house. It was a 16 foot unit and I was able to put my dining room set, large sectional, and various other pieces of small furniture. The representative who delivered it placed it right where I selected, and also picked it up within an hour of me saying it was ready to be removed. All interactions with the reps were professional and informative. Would highly recommend.

They made everything so easy.We changed the dates they we wanted drop off, we changed pick up dates. They accommodated everything. Better service and cheaper than pods.Also once we were all unpacked, they came to the next day to remove the Unit from the driveway.Also I was in contact with the same person over the month, much easier to shoot them a text or call them directly.The personal touch of units made it that much easier. Can not recommend them enough. Thank you Lee for all of your help!

Wow, my experience with Units was exceptional, particularly when compared with PODS. My house flooded on a Thursday. I needed to get my belongings into a safe place fast. PODS gave me a firm time frame for Friday, but never showed up. The same on Saturday. I spoke to several supervisors over the weekend, but all they could do was promise a Monday delivery. At 5:00 pm on Monday PODS emailed me, without explanation, that their delivery was canceled. I immediately contacted Units which arranged for a delivery the next morning. They arrived right on time with a unit that put the PODS product to shame. And their method of delivery allowed me to fit both the Unit and a dumpster side-by-side which PODS said was not possible. At every stage, Units personnel could not have been more accommodating. I never write reviews, but could not go without applauding Units for their exceptional service and warning everyone against ever using PODS.

If I could give Unit Pods of North Jersey 10 stars I would. I used their pod storage for 2 years which I had access to when needed just by making 1 phone call. Barbara the owner is outstanding and totally delightful. I ended my storage in June and all of my things were not damaged. Please give them a call if you need affordable and an excellent storage option.

Simple, fast, efficient. Lee was so accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The containers were rolled down a windy, riverstone driveway without problem. Very impressive. The unit was secure, clean, weathertight. Used my own lock, without issue. They pretty much put it on a dime wherever you want it. And you don't even need to be present for pick up. Just swept it clean afterwards. Very satisfied, highly recommended.
