Our rented water heater started leaking and we called for service. We were told by the company that it failed and we received a call that they would no longer rent to us. My husband called Nick Nowak who picked up a new water heater for us that day and sent Jesse and Luke to our home that day to install it.I was so amazed at the service we received from all of them and immensely grateful to them for their hard work. Very prompt and professional. Found the source of our leak quickly. The final repairs ended up looking like a work of art. The copper pipes were extremely shiny and routed to perfection. We had a water filter system plumbed in as well. Lucas, the technician, was amazing. Kept us informed of everything from the initial issue, during the repair, and after the repair in how to service the new filtration system. Would definitely recommend and use again.

This was a first for me. I got a recommendation from a friend that they were a reputable company and I'm not one to trust new companies very easily. They exceeded my expectations!! I will definitely be using them again in the near future. Jesse was fast and efficient , and he replaced the wax ring on my toilet Within 30 minutes he was in and out and he was very friendly and knowledgeable, and didn't try to overcharge, unlike a lot of companies. I highly recommend them very fair and honest!
