I’ve been with Balfour Dental for over 6 years. It’s been an up and down roller coaster with this office. I’ve had old fillings removed and re-done, which the filling doesn’t feel right which I’ve brought to their attention a couple of times. They continued to tell me it’s my bite and it needs to adjust. I’ve had braces to adjust this issue along with straightening my teeth. After having braces I’m not happy with the way my teeth look. My bite is still off. The charging for my cleanings and all have been very suspicious and I’m looking into it. My husband and myself had been seen here and he is very unhappy with how his teeth look. But overall they were nice and the office was very clean.

The doctors and staff at Balfour Dental are awesome! They are most concerned about your dental health and overall experience when you walk in the door. The environment and atmosphere are welcoming and inviting. The staff (especially the RDH's and Docs) are personable. If ever you experience a challenge, they try to make it right. UPDATE: Sometimes they're successful, sometimes they're not. In my case, it's mid-way. After I got out of my braces for a 2nd time and (this time) did everything right (meaning I wore my retainers all the time, except when eating. I even stepped up my already excellent oral hygiene practices). But last winter (Dec 2019)- I had to go back into braces for a 3rd time because not all of the spaces closed like (I was told they would) they were supposed to and because the alignment of my teeth are slightly off, I would always bite the inside of my lip and jaw on the right side when I was chewing my food. There was also an issue with my ex's dental insurance that came about several months after my daughter and I had some other dental services completed wherein a balance due surfaced that I'm paying on but that's not an issue - those things happen. I just don't want to live the rest of my life in braces. I had a beautiful smile 10 years ago but because of TMJ - I'm paying the price now. But I do love them all and they are great!
