I’ve been with Balfour Dental for over 6 years. It’s been an up and down roller coaster with this office. I’ve had old fillings removed and re-done, which the filling doesn’t feel right which I’ve brought to their attention a couple of times. They continued to tell me it’s my bite and it needs to adjust. I’ve had braces to adjust this issue along with straightening my teeth. After having braces I’m not happy with the way my teeth look. My bite is still off. The charging for my cleanings and all have been very suspicious and I’m looking into it. My husband and myself had been seen here and he is very unhappy with how his teeth look. But overall they were nice and the office was very clean.

The doctors and staff at Balfour Dental are awesome! They are most concerned about your dental health and overall experience when you walk in the door. The environment and atmosphere are welcoming and inviting. The staff (especially the RDH's and Docs) are personable. If ever you experience a challenge, they try to make it right. UPDATE: Sometimes they're successful, sometimes they're not. In my case, it's mid-way. After I got out of my braces for a 2nd time and (this time) did everything right (meaning I wore my retainers all the time, except when eating. I even stepped up my already excellent oral hygiene practices). But last winter (Dec 2019)- I had to go back into braces for a 3rd time because not all of the spaces closed like (I was told they would) they were supposed to and because the alignment of my teeth are slightly off, I would always bite the inside of my lip and jaw on the right side when I was chewing my food. There was also an issue with my ex's dental insurance that came about several months after my daughter and I had some other dental services completed wherein a balance due surfaced that I'm paying on but that's not an issue - those things happen. I just don't want to live the rest of my life in braces. I had a beautiful smile 10 years ago but because of TMJ - I'm paying the price now. But I do love them all and they are great!

After suffering an accident and botched dental work I found Balfour Dental. Their compassion, professionalism, knowledge and state of the art facility is amazing. This past week I was treated to superb service and excellence in skillful dentistry at Balfour Dental. My wait time from checking in to being escorted back to "the chair" was less than 5 minutes. My escort, Carol, was the dental hygienist who would be assisting Dr. Dimple Rayani. Dr. Rayani is a personable, compassionate, and her communication process is also spot on. She shared her actions to keep me informed without over explaining. In addition, she gave me clear instructions that she would honor if I needed them to stop. I also appreciate that she didn't ask me questions while my mouth was open.Here's the part that is the best; I was there to get some fillings and when it came time for the shot(s), Dr. Rayani is so good at administering this part of the procedure, that I felt no discomfort; zero, none! WOW!! My fillings were completed in less than an hour and I had a 5-Star experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend Balfour Dental for those who are looking for quality dental care, with advanced technology, while offering exceptional customer care.

I have been going to Balfour Dental for about two years now and I always have a good experience there. Dr. Rayani removed several old fillings and replaced them with partial porcelain crowns, removing some decay under the old fillings in the process. I have had a deep cleaning as well. I usually see Shannon for my cleanings—she is great and very knowledgeable. My experience with all the hygienists/technicians has been great and I’m comfortable with whoever I see there. All of the staff are very friendly!

They did the CT without giving me estimate and when I was leaving the clinic I was handed over a bill of more than $200. The crack on my tooth was big enough to see in xray or simply with naked eye.When I returned back to them after my root canal for crown, I was told I had to take a consultation appointment first before the crown appointment, even though they initially told me that I would come back to them for crown because they already knew I had cracked tooth and going for RCT.Doctors need to think more than money. We trust them because they are doctors and not profit centers.
