My yoga ladies introduced Envy make the appt for free session n met up with Theresa Van super nice n showed me what kind of exercise to build strength on my glutes...love it so much n yes tomorrow will be sore ... 1 hour went by so fast n sign up right away for more sessions! My first session of training was great! So glad a friend suggested this place! Looking forward to coming back. Teresa was friendly, welcoming and totally put me at ease. Don’t think I’ve ever been as comfortable working out in a gym setting as I was coming here. The workout was just the right level of challenging without killing me which is exactly what I am looking for starting out.
