I first started going to Envy to prep for my wedding and had gotten into the best shape of my life. A few months after the wedding I became pregnant and was able to continue training at Envy because the trainers are also prenatal certified and super knowledgeable in what they do. I trained up to 3 days from the birth of my son. I attribute my fairly easy labor and recovery due to staying active. Would recommend Envy to anyone at any stage of their fitness journey.
