After years of at-home workouts and a recent C-section, finding a place that understands my individual needs and meets me where I am was really important. My favorite part of Envy is that it feels like personal training without the price tag—every session is tailored to my background, fitness level, and goals. Ashley is intentional about helping me get stronger. I love it and highly recommend it!

Envy Training has officially changed my life! 🙌 I’ve known Teresa for 10+ years, and she’s seen me at my absolute best and my worst. After life got a bit too chaotic and I put my health on the back burner, a "pre-diabetic" scare told me it was time to pump the brakes. I hit up Teresa, she welcomed me back with open arms, and she instantly kicked my butt into gear! In March, my A1C was tracking at 5.7. My latest results? Down to 5.4! Even my doctor was blown away. 🤯 Thank you, Teresa, for always keeping me on track! 💪🏋️‍♀️ Staying strong and healthy!

I’ve trained with Jessika and Teressa, who are such powerhouse women, and both kept the class so fun and motivating. I work out a lot but haven’t done too much circuit training. However, now I’m hooked. Loving Envy Training. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Teresa is simply fabulous! She is so personable and sweet, making every session feel welcoming from the moment you walk in. She works you hard with a mix of strength and cardio exercises that really test your limits, but she’s constantly challenging you to push yourself further.I didn’t think I could keep up with the intensity or finish some of the moves, but Teresa’s encouragement and careful attention to my form kept me going. Now I know I can do it, and I love her for helping me see my potential and believe in myself. The way she balances kindness with motivation makes every workout at Envy Training Las Vegas not just a challenge, but something I look forward to.
