Joined in January thru the end of February. Best thing i could of done! Anyone can do this! If you have issues with mobility with back,shoulders, legs, knees, ect., Matt, and staff will alter workout for you. The regulars, that been doing this for awhile, are freindly and helpful!Very professional run, and fun. They make sure! You are doing everything the proper way. If you are a newbie, you can do this. Its better for you than planet fitness. Wish i had the time to continue this, but construction season is going to start, and need to go back to work
