Jeff is very honest about all that goes into the mold remediation business and I appreciated the fact that he dispelled a lot of the alarm around mold while at the same time being realistic about my own situation. Jeff was a pleasure to work with! Did a thorough job on the inspection of some mold in our attic. Ran some tests and took the time to walk through processes, best practices, and more for a safe/clean home. He sent over some additional information and took the time to answer every question. Finding out you have mold can be devastating and expensive. When I called Jeff at Pure Maintenence he responded quickly. He is very personable and communicative which made the process a lot less stressful.He explained the process and how he doesn't use harmful chemicals. My wife and I found mold on the head board of our bed in our camper. We were concerned the mold had spread through out. Jeff came and inspected it, then treated it. Such a relief to have that taken care of. We were staying in our camper while our house was being built. Thank you for your help.
