We had a great experience with Pure Maintenance when they came out to inspect a house we were planning on purchasing. I had already paid for another inspector to walk the house and do a more general inspection, and this was purely for alleviating our concerns about mold in the home. Jeff and his crew were personable and thorough, and as we walked the home together I asked a great many questions that were all answered. The most striking thing about the experience was that we found multiple issues with the home that I believe should have been caught by the other inspector. The easy-to-digest test results did in fact reveal a non-trivial amount of mold presence in the home, and discussions about what remediation would look like heavily informed our decision to pass on the purchase. We enjoyed working with Pure Maintenance, and will have them inspect any other houses we consider buying.

Jeff and co are true salt of the earth people. Jeff is very honest about all that goes into the mold remediation business and I appreciated the fact that he dispelled a lot of the alarm around mold while at the same time being realistic about my own situation. Pure Maintenance / MTN PUR treated our townhome like it was their own and made a stressful water damage mold situation much easier to handle. Jeff was a pleasure to work with! Did a thorough job on the inspection of some mold in our attic. Ran some tests and took the time to walk through processes, best practices, and more for a safe/clean home. He sent over some additional information and took the time to answer every question. Finding out you have mold can be devastating and expensive. When I called Jeff at Pure Maintenence he responded quickly. He is very personable and communicative which made the process a lot less stressful.He explained the process and how he doesn't use harmful chemicals. In addition, if you need contract work done he has contacts he refers (who also did a fantastic job).It was all very streamlined and efficient.Yes, it was expensive but not nearly as much as some companies that gauge you. My wife and I found mold on the head board of our bed in our camper. We were concerned the mold had spread through out. Jeff came and inspected it, then treated it. Such a relief to have that taken care of. We were staying in our camper while our house was being built. Thank you for your help.
