I had storm damage to my home in Pittsburgh that resulted in roof damage, siding damage, and water damage to the third floor ceiling and walls, all of which needed replacement. Porto's was very clear about what would be included in the repair work quote, and Matt (the owner) was flexible to change some things to suit what we wanted in terms of cosmetics and also scope of work. After work started, Matt was committed to not changing his price, even when things came up that other contractors would have charged more for. At the end, there was a small issue where some of his guys didn't clean up one room of the house properly, and so Matt came out personally, the very next day, and helped clean up the area with me for a few hours. Matt is a trustworthy guy dedicated to keeping his word, and I wouldn't hesitate to use Porto's again or recommend them to a friend.

You tell him what you want and what you want the end result will be . He will devise a plan to get you there and keep you informed along the way. He even included before and after pictures of the job with his drone .
