I’ve been going to this office for over two years, and the service has steadily declined. When I first started, adjustments were $80, but now they’ve increased to $100. They don’t accept insurance and seem to charge for every little thing without transparency. On top of that, the staff and dentist rarely communicate about progress or when I can expect my braces to come off. Today, I experienced the worst treatment yet. I wanted my braces removed and was initially told it would cost $100, but when I arrived, they claimed it was $200. Frustrated, I decided to just proceed with my regular adjustment. During the adjustment, a staff member rudely interrupted the procedure, demanding immediate payment for broken brackets, as if I intended to leave without paying. To make matters worse, they tried to overcharge me by claiming I had three broken brackets when I actually had only two. When I pointed this out, the receptionist didn’t believe me and had to confirm with the dental hygienist. Even after verifying it was only two broken brackets, they still tried to overcharge me. I had to ask for a refund, which they reluctantly gave. This office is unprofessional, dishonest, and only seems to care about squeezing as much money as possible from their patients. If you value good customer service and fair treatment, stay far away from this place. Less

For any reason, do not undergo orthodontic treatment at this place. After more than two and a half years of having my daughter in treatment that started when she was 16, her braces were removed. We followed exactly all the recommendations from this place regarding the use of retainers, clarifying that the instruction was to wear them only at night. Less than six months later, her lower teeth became crooked again. The explanation from the assistant at this place was that she had not used the retainers, which is absolutely false. They gave incorrect instructions so that the treatment would not work, or were negligent, and then charged us an additional $1400 for new treatment on the lower teeth, despite having paid several thousand dollars for the initial complete treatment. What they did constitutes dental malpractice, and according to legal consultations, we can take legal action against this establishment for dental malpractice. A letter was sent requesting an explanation and a reevaluation of the case, but we never received a response. This is not correct in any aspect; it is simply a way to extract more money from the patient, completely absurd. Do not engage with this establishment. Less

How do you come to an appointment and sit around people after having a baby. She was on maternity from her job for over 3 months. Then, i brought my baby daughter to them because her grandmother was going to gift her braces for Christmas. She gave me $300 in cash and I took her to her FREE consultation and they said in order for the braces to go on I'd have to pay $490. So, I said ok. I left the $300 with the Doctor and told her that next Friday, I'd be back with $190 after I let her grandmother know. The DOCTOR said it was fine. I went a week later because my daughter had got in trouble and said hey, I'm not going to get braces for her because she got in trouble. I need the $300 back. The doctor told me no, she could not refund me and I had to email their corporate office in which I did. I did not understand it because my daughter never received the services, never got braces put on so how could you not give the money back. OK, so I emailed as told and briefly explained everything and they never responded. I called and spoke to Thai and I let her know that I'd have to take them to small claims court because they are basically stealing money at this point. Thai called me back and said they won't refund you so THEY DECIDED to put the money on tour account. I said absolutely not. You can't put money on my account when the money I left was for my child. Well she said they did and said they told her I would not win in court because on such and such line it says no refunds. So, I called my daughter grandmother and told her what happened and she said then they have to put the braces on my grandchild and they can't just take money and not give service. I called just now and spoke to Thai. And she said for me to email again and I said I find it very funny that I keep emailing and no one is responding back to my emails but when I call she always has the answers they gave to her. How unprofessional. So, I said Thai why should I keep emailing and they are responding only back to you. So, she said you know what, you're right I want to stay out the middle and she just kept saying Sue them, if I was you I'd just sue them because I want nothing to do with it. WOW!! Don't get me wrong, they are some lovely women in the office but this is so uncalled for. Like I never seen anything like this in my life. And what corporate office never respond to emails. So, I'll just call BBB and do whatever I have to do at this point Less
