The “Dr.” will literally tell you he chooses not to bill insurance because he knows they won’t pay for a certain service and that’s why it’s cash only, even thought my insurance has flat out said if they are in network it is all covered. I was told muscle work is cash only so I always chose not to do it. My appointments were never more than 5 minutes and each time he would try to pressure me into muscle work. I was always charged more than my copay which my insurance told me many times was all I would have to pay, I questioned it and believed the answer I got because I didn’t know better, recently switched chiropractors and they confirmed I only had to pay my co pay since my insurance does indeed cover everything like they said. Questioned this office and was told to talk to my insurance so I did that and was told they weren’t billing something to them so that was the extra charge, what they did bill was covered, they are not even giving my insurance the chance to pay it. Called back to ask why it wasn’t charged and was told the service was cash only and they didn’t bill it, not once was I asked if I even wanted the service, they always just did it and never said it was extra and on top of that the service was less than one minute the last 3 times, they knew I didn’t want to pay for “extras” and did it anyway without letting me know ahead. I started going to the chiropractor last year. The first time I went was because my back was hurting and so were my hips. It amazed me at how getting adjusted makes your body feel ten times better. I would recommend advanced family chiropractics to anyone because they are good and if you need to do a walk in they get you in fast.

The chiropractic care has been very good! The doctor is willing to look at many areas that could be affecting you such as nutrition and stress. He has been trained in many different methods and is very knowledgeable in so many areas. The massage team is amazing and the people who work at the front desk are first rate! Dr. Bell is awesome. Traditional medicine shoves drugs down your throat to mask the symptoms, Dr. Bell helps you solve the problem. Getting adjust could be mildly painful and mostly uncomfortable, but it's well worth it. Short term pain for long term gain.

I felt like famiy! I was in town for a month from Atlanta and I threw my back out 2 days into my trip. I googled Chiropractor and Advanced came up as one of the closest to me. I originally went to Dr. Owings for lower back pain. Although that problem was corrected quickly, I also noticed better range of motion in my neck. After 6 weeks on the nutrition program I was surprised to drop 2 jean sizes and I have more energy!

Very nice staff and that is all I can say from a positive standpoint. I went in to have my hip alignment checked out, they didn't once address my hips but instead tried to sell me supplements that you do not need. Also be very weary of their heart monitor test..I am an Ironman triathlete and from their 2 minute test, they concluded that I am very out of shape for my age...Figure that one out?
