I'm not sure where to begin this review because I actually hired Tim, the business owner, to do two jobs from me. Of course the second job was given to him because of the attention to detail and professional work that was involved. As a retired Army Major I have high expectations and standards and Tim and his crew not only met them, but surpassed as well. The first job I gave to Tim was based on his competitive bid and constant communication for setting everything up. Like all of us, we've had those contractors that basically do the minimum but Tim showed great customer service and it was obvious that he takes pride and cares about his business. When Tim and his crew arrived they were early, friendly and respectful of my property. Tim was on location getting his hands dirty and spent over 8 hours cleaning and sealing my gutters and power washing my very long driveway and parking area. I'm glad as a homeowner that he was able to give me tips on maintenance of the gutters. He even sprayed away some spiderwebs that seem to love the inside of screened in areas of my house. All I know is that All Star is now my go to company for cleaning my gutters and driveway. And spiders too... The second job I had Tim complete was power washing my house that is for sale because as we all know, the green stuff likes to get into all the bricks and pavers if left alone. He also power washed inside the lanai which was in pretty bad shape and recommended that I apply new water based floor paint to freshen up the whole ground. All I've ever known is that people usually apply some type of epoxy that is costly, full of chemicals and will over time need to be refreshed. After applying a single layer of the paint and allowing time to dry, there were areas that showed through and when I mentioned this to Tim there was NO hesitation or any excuses. He swiftly said he'd be back the next to apply a second coat. This is how ALL businesses should conduct themselves. Applying the water based paint came out looking just as good as my epoxy garage floors which the previous owners paid a lot for. WOW!! Call these guys now! I could not be happier—-booked quickly, estimate over the phone based on sq footage, no surprises, true to estimate, came early, finished early, and did an over the top amazing job! We even last minute added on some things and they quickly quoted us an insanely reasonable price-and then did the top of our driveway just to be nice! Our pool pavers (the original job we called for) were truly awful…we’d never had them sealed, and we’d had leaky potted plants on them for two years. I had literal ferns growing in the dirt. Our pool cage was green. The before pictures don’t even show just how bad it was. It now all looks brand new. The weather was cloudy, and they used a blower so they could dry and seal the pavers quickly. Tim comes well equipped with the top line tools of the trade, and uses every tool like an artist. They are very responsive with their communications and finished the work on our property in one week (Tuesday to Saturday).
