Jon called ahead to let me know his eta, which was right when the appointment was scheduled. He swapped out the old vented logs with ventless ones. He was pleasant, neat and efficient. The whole job took less than 1.5 hours and the new logs look and work great. It’s evident that he takes pride in doing things well.

We couldn't be happier with our service. The tech did exactly as scheduled. The fireplace was inspected, cleaned and reassembled to working order. Electrical components and gas were checked and all set to factory specifications. We have had this fireplace "serviced" in the past by other companies. None were as thoroughly done as Tate Fireplaces.

They provided excellent service troubleshooting another company’s original installation of a wood stove insert. Once they had identified the installation errors, they corrected the problem expeditiously. The work was clean and neat and the price was fair. Highly recommended

Justin and Lane were very thorough and knowledgeable. They explained the condition of our fireplace and showed pictures for a better understanding.
