Truly outstanding service by Tate Fireplaces. John, our Service Technician was on time for our appointment to the minute, very efficient and knowledgeable, explained everything he was doing and what he found. While he worked on fixing our electric starter we had a great time talking about football...it was like hanging out with a friend who came over to fix the fireplace starter. These folks are a pleasure to do business with, have fair prices and are great at what they do. Outstanding!

We used them to clean and service our existing logs. Excellent service with knowledgeable and professional staff. They were on time, very considerate, made sure they left my house as clean as they found it and very fairly priced. I will be using them to replace my existing system in the near future!

Brian and Lane did a phenomenal job installing a vented ceramic log set for our old 1990s fireplace! They were on time, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. One example is when the log kit I purchased didn’t have all of the materials necessary for installation, Brian and Lane advised me on the correct materials needed and stayed past my appointment time to finish the job right. When I tried to tip them extra, Brian absolutely refused. Brian and Lane are amazing professionals and Tate Fireplaces is a local company that homeowners can trust. Thank you for our beautiful new fireplace! We couldn’t be happier!!

Tate Fireplaces was highly recommended to us by a neighbor who had them install a gas log and glass doors on a wood burning fireplace. Ours was clearly a much smaller job, just involving a non-functioning pilot light, but John and Noah arrived on time, were very friendly and worked efficiently, fixing the problem without trying to upsell us on parts that weren't needed. It was a privilege to work with an honest company like Tate. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. I highly recommend them to everyone.
