Do not recommend. I had a very frustrating experience. They performed an "inspection" for my fireplace. They spent about 20 minutes checking it out and concluded that it wasn't suitable for wood burning. When I questioned the inspection fee, the owner, Brian, began yelling at me, which I found extremely unprofessional. I'm really not sure how they manage to stay in business with that kind of customer service. Less

John understood our issue before he came through the door. He quickly identified a bad switch and had the problem resolved quickly.
