I searched for a gas fireplace repair company that would service Canton and found Tate's. They had great reviews. We cleaned our fireplace and turned the pilot off. I got the pilot lit again but the fireplace would not ignite. I did an inquiry with Tate's on their website and Brian called me first thing the next business day. After I explained the problem he asked me if I had turned the pilot switch back to "on mode". I checked and like a dummy, it was still set to "pilot". Problem fixed just like that.
