A friend referred me to this gym after I expressed what my goals were. I met with Matt, and he sent me up with Coach Clay for my on-ramp portion. Coach Clay is phenomenal! He is so knowledgeable not only in regards to performing the workouts correctly but also about the synergy that the different elements within the body have with each other. Literally life-changing!I had my first class today after the onboarding process and it was wonderful! Coach Amanda was great! She had a great attitude even though technology was not her friend this morning. She explained the movements clearly and walked around ensuring our form was correct. The workout that was compiled made sense and modifications were offered as well. I enjoyed her cheering us on by name, especially when we were getting fatigued! Great class Amanda!In summary, if you are looking for an atypical CrossFit gym that focuses on form, function, mobility, and fitness, give Pick It Up a try; you won't be disappointed!!
